the closest thing i know of too episode titles in this show are either the episodes guest or the date it first aired. Also this might be solely a clash with a fan base he was part of and not the actual show. I see multiple possibilities in this case: The fan base some how led him to 4chans /b/, He read cupcakes or a troll fix, or he came across Rule 34 (and there is a lot of pony rule 34)
