* This young woman deserts her family to join a glorified street gang. She treats everyone badly, acting like a JerkAss to everyone except for her boyfriend. Every third sentence that comes out of her mouth is {{Wangst}}. She is TooDumbToLive, and would be dead if not the "hero." She is stupid and proud of her ignorance, considering all who value intelligence and wisdom as evil. As part of the hazing for this band of thugs, she jumps off a train- a ritual highly disrespectful to those who end their lives by jumping- earning the title of "First Jumper" and forgets all about the other girl who fell right near her and died. She, along with her boyfriend who is almost as big of a jerk as she is, leads a string of riots in a barely-justified revolt. This action launches her country into anarchy, which she fully endorses. She dies a foolhardy death that is calculatingly disguised as a HeroicSacrifice so that she will be remembered fondly. The triumph of anarchy and chaos in her home city after her death is treated as good. [[spoiler: Tris Prior, Divergent trilogy... I always considered her a JerkSue]]

** He acts like a PuritySue, but don't you believe it! It's just a way to make everyone love him, instead of them seeing him for the terrible person he really is. He tried to escape from prison not once, not twice, but ''five'' times. He then takes advantage of a bishop's kindness, and absconds with the bishop's priceless silver. His nemesis is the incorruptible police inspector who is assigned to return him to prison. He becomes the mayor of a town by committing identity fraud, and opens an exploitive factory. One of the women who works at this factory is fired for arbitrary reasons and is forced into prostitution. After her death, he buys her daughter from the little girl's greedy foster parents. Shortly afterwards, he knocks his aforemented nemesis- remember him, the justice-loving police officer?- unconscious by hitting him on the head with a chair. He then raises his so-called daughter in such a way that she will be completely cut off from the world. After some time, this so-called hero supports a treasonous far-left rebellion, even going so far as to join them on the barricades. When the revolting revolters then capture his worst enemy, who as already stated, lives to uphold justice and the law, does he allow his enemy the peaceful, serene death he desires? Nooooo. He [[CruelMercy spares his life]] which sends this enemy into a downward spiral, ending in [[DrivenToSuicide this noble inspector throwing himself into the Seine]]. This is clearly our hero-in-name-only's cold-blooded plot to get rid of his enemy in such a way that he can't blamed, and so that his nemesis will have to bear the psychic pain of an existential crisis. After the treacherous rebellion is finally defeated, he serves up his "daughter" -that's right, the one he bought from the scum of the earth who abused her horribly- to one of the members of the radical student organization who led the failed rebellion! [[KarmaHoudini When he dies, this dispicable fugitive ascends to heaven. Is there no justice?]] [[spoiler: Jean Valjean, Les Miserables]]

* He steals trucks (and their loot) to fund his dangerous and illegal habit of street racing. Apparently, he's forced to street race because, despite being a hardcore car enthusiast, he managed to get himself banned from every race track for life. While on the lam, he interferes with an active police investigation and nearly sparks an international incident on his quest for revenge. He's caught at the end of this, only to get broken out of prison - he uses this time to start ''yet another'' international incident, wantonly murdering and destroying property for the sake of $100 million. To top this all off, not only does he get pardoned, the US Government hires his services as a BadassDriver and thief extraordinaire to fight even worse bad guys. [[spoiler:Dominic Toretto, ''The Fast and the Furious'']]
* This woman clad in metal uses her ancient, unmatched suit of PoweredArmor to commit acts of genocide against a race that not only is technologically inferior, but is only tangentially related to the dragon-thing she's really after. She's known to blow up important military installations and raid priceless archaeological sites for precious artifacts to use for her own ends. The straw that broke the camel's back? She hunted to extinction the only animal that could keep a ZombieApocalypse in check, then destroyed billions of dollars in research and equipment to stop the apocalypse she herself unleashed! [[spoiler:Samus Aran, ''Metroid'' series]]
* He's directly responsible for killing many people that had nothing to do with his actual RoaringRampageOfRevenge, including members of the clergy. He flagrantly breaks laws and intimidates police into not arresting or charging him. All of this was done ''for a car and a dog'' of all things! [[spoiler:John Wick]]
