* Vilgax's world was the first world Thanos devastated, without the resources he has today, and in response to the aforementioned drop of blood Thanos got so pissed that he devastated the entire planet, leaving Vilgax as the LastOfHisKind. ''This'' is who the Mad Titan is beneath the claim that he's doing what's best for the universe, with Vilgax making it very clear that he's completely insane and in complete denial of the '''many''' issues with his genocidal plans.

* In this universe, Doom's face was maimed by an explosion during the Battle of New York. We're given a ''[[SarcasmMode lovely]]'' description of the resulting FacialHorror. The fact that Doom's still conscious when all this happens makes it even more horrific.

** Hawk Moth's Akuma attacks are played up as ''far'' more menacing than they were in the main series. Whenever they occur, people either die in droves or get lethally injured via impalement from debris, burn damage, etc, with Chloe barely being able to stomach the sight of how gruesome they are. He actually comes off less as a supervillain and more as a malevolent terrorist with how his Akuma attacks play out.
