As it says, it's a horror mod based on ''Videogame/{{Slender}}'''s gameplay where you face the well-known faceless creature while you collect pages and avoid running out of battery. Terrifying for the first time, but annoying after a few more times. Also, it's [[FromBadToWorse much creepier]] when if he doesn't find you, just because he's targeting someone else, but passes by you, you start to feel sick and an acid trip starts, giving you a distorted view of the map.

*** ''The Ring'''s first trap consist of a cage and after a while Samara Morgan appears with a creepy moan and ''goes straight to you''. Make sure that server has a thirdperson mode.
*** ''The Shining'' stage contains, oh, yes; the infamous creepy twins. When you enter everything goes dark, they appear, goes dark again and disappear. Then, the second trap consists of the very twins going towards you. Though there is a little chance of escaping them if you have a wide knowledge of the map.
*** ''Evil Dead'' contains the worst [[JumpScare jumpscares]] and [[HellIsThatNoise the most disturbing noises]], being more centered around ''[[VideoGame/NightmareHouse Nightmare House]]'' of all things. When you go into the vents a spooky ghost girl appears and disappears. She can trap you into a pipe and kill you. And finally she is in a corner sitting in a wheelchair. If you get close enough, she'll throw you the wheelchair and disappear.
** The "dr_aconian" map is a [[MindScrew very weird designed map]].
*** It starts with a nod to ''Film/{{Cube}}'' where you have to choose the right cube to get outside.
*** Then you go to a mine where you have to avoid an avalanche and at the end there is a [[NothingIsScarier normal looking wooden room]]. If you enter and are not fast enough, the trap may get you to another dimension which is similar to that room but darker. Where's the catch? Why you're not dead instantly? Wait! Is that ''an '''armless torso''' that just emerged under ground and is going towards '''you'''''?!
*** Next stage is a corridor made of concrete. Aside from deadly traps that can smash you... wait, no, they're sending you to a deepless void. Anyway, there is this sewer that can emit a deadly gas and it's saying ''something gibberish and... screaming''? What the Hell is that?
*** OH, and you have to choose between two doors next. One is a dark hallway with rails. If the wrong one is the dark hallway, an incoming train approaches at high speed to kill you. What makes it scarier is that you can see the train at the beginning of the hallway ''waiting for you''.
*** Next comes a very narrow vent. Congratulations if you are claustrophobic and you can get lost in the way.
*** After a very uncomfortable voyage, how about a bit of fresh air? The next and final stage is outdoors with some walls, but wait till the end after sorting out the deathly traps. An unexpected ''screaming corpse/zombie'' makes the finale of the map to salute you, survivor.
*** After finishing the map, you can choose between giving the death player a fine good lesson for all the suffering or... play ''Russian roulette''.
*** Well, it seems that the only scary thing are the traps and weird creatures inside them. Look at the map's time. It just turned to 3:00 or 4:00. What is that noise? In the distance, you can hear something like a constant ''ding ding'' and it's approaching. It gets closer and something just turned from the corner. '''''What the heck is that?''''' An armless whatever-the-heck humanoid monster/creature is going straight into you singing a [[MadnessMantra ding ding!]] Run for your lives! Of note is the RED Heavy, who "wrestles" with the Scout (it's about as one-sided as you'd expect), the RED Sniper, who kneecaps him from a distance, and the RED Spy, who disguises as the BLU Medic to give the Scout some semblance of hope, [[YankTheDogsChain only to pull it away]]. The Spy in particular pulls double duty for his torture of the Scout; he starts to go for a point-blank headshot with the Ambassador ([[FaceDeathWithDignity which the Scout seems to be okay with taking]]), but then lowers his weapon and goes for a pair of stomach shots, instead, right before leaving him for dead. Needless to say, [[KickTheSonOfABitch nobody's upset to see the RED team get their asses handed to them afterwards.]]
