You can make YouTube hits making dramatic readings of said fics.

* The original version of ''FanFic/SonicXDarkChaos'' was so narmy that the author declared it an OldShame and decided to completely rewrite it several years after he finished it. Even the rewritten version isn't completely free from it.

** Allysion and Muhammad are such blatant anti-religious [[StrawCharacter Straw Characters]] that it's difficult to take their depictions seriously.
** The ''extremely'' grimdark setting is so over the top and trying so hard to be "edgy" that it comes off as silly rather than disturbing. The rewrite seems to be very aware of this; it plays a lot of the darkness for BlackComedy and NarmCharm instead.
