In his first outing, he develops a [[DoomsdayDevice weapon that can destroy the universe]]. In his second outing, he is far more direct, destroying two planets, Haemog and Arouth, killing billions of beings. He threatens to destroy three more planets, including Earth, if the Lacoonian System does not surrender to him. From there the story branches into different paths: He takes the form of marine biologists and attempts to destroy the planet Lacoon, the System's capital; he destroys a colony on the planet Follop. In some endings, he is defeated, but at a terrible cost, with his destroying three more planets before he is defeated.
