* There's Shou Tucker, a MadScientist who transforms his own daughter and her dog into a HalfHumanHybrid, partly to see if he can and partly to retain his State Alchemist status. He had previously done the same thing to his wife. He's the only character who even comes close to evoking Al's rage, and what he did leaves a stain on the Elric brothers' memories for the rest of their lives.
* The unnamed and utterly heinous Dr. Goldtooth is essentially Tucker 2.0. He crosses the MoralEventHorizon in one of Bradley's flashbacks, when he's shown cackling with glee as he puts one subject after another through the process intended to create Wrath. In the present day he only gets a few scenes, but they are more than enough. He uses his medical alchemy to heal MadBomber Solf J. Kimblee so that he might be unleashed upon the heroes again. He later looses the remaining Fuhrer candidates on Ed, Roy, Hawkeye, and Scar to prevent them from interfering with Father's plans to destroy the country, activates the Transmutation Circle that sends Ed, Al, and Izumi into Father's presence, and finally, in an attempt at forcing Roy to perform human transmutation and open the Gate. Perhaps most importantly, he's privy to Father's endgame (unlike Central Command, who believe they are all going to recieve immortality) and simply doesn't give a damn. No explanation for his actions is ever given, and he spends all of his appearances sporting a SlasherSmile and bragging about his achievements.

He acts as though the Elric brothers shouldn't have a problem with his actions, assumes that anybody else would have done the same thing, and when thrown in jail, spends all of his time whining about how "nobody understands" that he did it ForScience. Destroying his family because he was either too lazy, or too devoid of talent to come up with another way of keeping his status, Tucker is one of the few characters in the manga to possess absolutely no redeeming traits or sympathetic moments.

** What makes Tucker so rage-inducingly abhorrent is that he's so unwilling or unable to see how he did anything wrong. Before Scar shows up to finish him off in the manga, he's seen sitting and whining to the monster he made of his own child about how nobody understaaaaands his geeeeenius, boo hoo. In the FMA universe, while many characters have done terrible things and have blood on their hands, what makes them redeemable or not in the author's eyes seems to be whether or not they are willing to be honest about it and clean up after themselves. Tucker shows no remorse, which is probably why he's the only one sent to hell.

* [[spoiler: Dante]]: A 400 year old bitch with a penchant for Body Surfing, she's stayed alive this long by jacking innocent people's bodies, ditching them when they start to rot, and repeating the process infinitely. When her own Philosopher's Stone runs out, she sets in motion a plan to cause so much misery in Amestris that someone will be desperate enough to recreate the Stone, allowing her to steal it with no risk to herself. She's abusive towards her Homunculi "children", arranges for Ed to , jacks her own assistant's body, and finally, attempts to steal the body of one of the hero's Love Interests, who had already been severely traumatized by rape/pregnancy, solely so that she can force him to have sex with her. She's never shown in a sympathetic light, comes off as an overconfident JerkAss in person, and doesn't even have the excuse of not being human to protect her.

Barry claimed that so long as he had the ability to kill people, he loved who he was: "I kill therefore I am."

Barry's killing spree came to a temporary halt when he was arrested after trying to kill the Elrics' childhood friend, Winry. * TheBigBad, , is an obvious one. She manipulates and abuses her homunculi servants and sends them to their deaths if they don't do exactly what she wants. Their desire to become human leads them to question if she really intends to make them human (she doesn't), and she can't have that. She plots the destruction of a nation in the hopes that it will convince someone to create a Philosopher's Stone, which she can then steal in order to live a few years longer (when she's already ReallySevenHundredYearsOld). * TheBigBad, , is an obvious one. She manipulates and abuses her homunculi servants and sends [[spoiler: Dante]]: A 400 year old bitch with a penchant for Body Surfing, she's stayed alive this long by jacking innocent people's bodies, ditching them to their deaths if when they don't do exactly what she wants. She plots repeating the destruction of a nation in the hopes that it will convince someone to create a process infinite. When her own Philosopher's Stone runs out, she sets in motion a plan to cause so much misery in Amestris that someone will be desperate enough to recreate the Stone, which allowing her to steal it with no risk to herself. She's abusive towards her Homunculi "children", arranges for Ed to , jacks her own assistant's body, and finally, attempts to steal the body of one of heroes Love Interests, who had already been severely traumatized by rape/pregnancy, solely so that she can then steal force him to have sex with her. * [[spoiler:King Bradley/Pride]]: You know he's not going to be a nice guy right off the bat, what with the whole thing.

* There's Shou Tucker, a MadScientist who transforms his own daughter into a HalfHumanHybrid, partly to see if he can and partly to retain his State Alchemist status. He had previously done the same thing to his wife. He's the only character who even comes close to evoking Al's rage, and what he did leaves a stain on the Elric brothers' memories for the rest of their lives. Just to put things in perspective: of all the characters who died in the story (shortly after Tucker's arrest, AntiHero Scar breaks into his house and bloodily murders him), he's the only one who was sent to Hell in the "In Memoriam" omakes. The authoress Hiromu Arakawa allowed even characters like Envy or Kimblee to get to Heaven, because she thought there was still something worth saving about them. With Shou Tucker, she was absolutely merciless, and with good reason.
