While her crimes are not as extensive as Kursed, she not only shared Kursed's sadistic streak, but was partially responsible for the events that took place in the story. It's safe to assume that Owen would've reached Kursed's level of brutality [[spoiler: had Kursed not killed her in middle of the third installment]]

* ''Darthipedia'', a parody of the Star Wars Wiki, brings us Darth Elmo. Describing his birth as the birth of pure evil, Darth Elmo starts his own planet destruction team, causing countless deaths throughout the galaxy. It's not a surprise that even other villains, such as Gunter and Darth Bob despise him. He attempts to kill Kermit single-mindedly simply because he distracted him from Big Bird while he was in war after he was killed in action After Bert takes over his planet destruction team during his kidnapping and changes it, he attempts to kill him (his second-in-command, by the way) by dropping inflatable forklifts on his head, and only forgives him when he eats his own head while standing on a pineapple in space. He ultimately ends up killing himself due to the fact he is so paranoid he believes that even himself is an enemy to him. He also planned on killing his own boss afterwards, for seemingly no reason at all.

* ''CodeGeassMaoOfTheDeliverance'' has a few of these. The first is Dr. Huai, a sadistic [[DrJerk psychiatrist]] who abuses the mental patients in his care and experiments on them with [[FantasticDrug Refrain]]. It's also implied he gets sexual satisfaction from doing so. Although he's got a (admittedly very ugly) FreudianExcuse, it's only revealed late on, and is barely relevant to any of his actions. Later, theres the scientists at the Rosenberg Institute, whom even Dr. Huai is afraid of, who fund his experiments in order to develop a version of the drug that could addict the people under their control; and, Mao discovers, have been [[HighOctaneNightmareFuel killing C.C. in various gruesome ways to test the limits of her immortality]]. Compared to any of the abovementioned characters, [[VillainProtagonist M]][[JerkassWoobie a]][[DracoInLeatherPants o]] looks downright decent!

In the "Slight Possiblilty Serous" Gemini and Draken qulify.

* Clown (AKA MAyuri Kurotsuchi) in the {{Bleach}} fanfic 'Clown'. As far as fictional serial killers go, he is one of the most vile, evil creatures ever concieved. Mayuri tricked Ichigo's mother into going to an abandoned warehouse to talk about her son. A scene was not dedicated to it, but it is explained that she was brutally murdered, gutted and then hung from the roof by her own intestines. Ichigo is also led to the scene where he discovers his mother. Not to mention he feeds someone through a mulcher, eats children and horrifically tortures most of his victims.

* [[TroperWorks.PokemonStormClouds Pokemon Storm Clouds]] gives us [[spoiler: BigBad Masque, a Team Rocket agent who specialises in using hypnotic powers to strip Pokemon of their identities and make them his willing servants. Whie initially presented as an ambiguous figure in the story and somewhat AffablyEvil, he is gradually revealed to be a sick, twisted individual who enjoys the amount of control his mind games give him over others. Pokemon hate him for what he's done to their friends, stripping their sene of self away and turning them into monsters. While he remains an [[EvillyAffable entertaining character]] for much of the story, as well as a MagnificentBastard, he eventually follows the protagonists Dan and Missy home to the Real World and kidnaps Missy's brother Luke - responsible for the device that sent them to the Pokemon World in the first place - and forces him to build an advanced form of the same machine. It's here that he reveals his true ambition - he wants nothing more than to travel between worlds causing chaos everywhere before travelling to another world. Which he starts by unleashing his mad Pokemon on the city, killing many people]]. At this point he loses his entertainment value and his death is a very satisfying moment. Even so, fans of the story have [[spoiler: compared him to TheJoker regarding temperament and motivation]], and he's easily [[spoiler: the most memorable character character in the story]].

* Gilbert aka Prussia goes from a TedBaxter JerkWithAHeartOfGold to this in the AxisPowersHetalia fic AllHeEverWanted. Much InternetBackdraft has followed.

* Master Samuel from The Adventures Through Runescape. He crossed the line early on in the story when he kidnapped, gruesomely tortured, and murdered a Herblore mage just so he could get the recipe for his potion. It's a [[crowning moment of awesome]] when his hand is sliced off by Haru while trying to get the second ingredient of his potion, although his right-hand James ultimately replaced it with some claws. Madrey1 is also qualifiable for this category, as he kidnapped and tortured Mainiac92 and Amy11 in order to get revenge on them, and is overall extremely hostile and violent.

* The titular character from Arestis' Childhood is undeniably a complete monster. A complete psychopath, she [[spoiler:orchestrates the attack on her own village, an attack that results in an abundance of innocent deaths, including those of her parents, not to mention the rape of her sister. She's PROUD of herself afterwards.]] This because a single occupant of the village [[spoiler:was not fooled by her cover up of her PREVIOUS murder.]]

* The titular character from Arestis' Childhood is undeniably a complete monster. She [[spoiler:orchestrates the attack on her own village, an attack that results in an abundance of innocent deaths, including those of her parents, not to mention the rape of her sister. She's PROUD of herself afterwards.]] This because a single occupant of the village [[spoiler:was not fooled by her cover up of her PREVIOUS murder.]]

* From Eva fic [[FanFic.NobodyDies Nobody Dies]], we have Iruel. During a synch test, he traps the pilots and Mana in a LotusEaterMachine and turns their dream worlds into HighOctaneNightmareFuel. With Shinji, he [[spoiler:Puts him in a simulation of his ideal life, popular, smart and great girlfriend. Who gets constantly flipped back and forth between the simulation and her INCREDIBLY broken ShrinkingViolet true self, and Iruel intends to personally take his time on him.]] With Mana, he [[spoiler:Makes it so that she was always a normal girl instead of the cyborg she was in-story, with a family and everything, but then gets into an accident where she then becomes one hundred percent machine. She then goes on a rampage killing everyone she cared about, unable to stop herself.]] With Ichi, the AI of Unit-01 with a six year old's mentality and self image who was sent to save them in desperation, he [[spoiler:reveals to her her true nature as a God Killing Abomination. She does not react well.]] But quite possibly the worst has to be Asuka, who in this canon is a stuttering ShrinkingViolet with EXTREME self esteem and depression issues. He [[spoiler:turns into a MagicalGirl, with a mother who loves her and constantly sings her praises for her accomplishments, the latter of which Kyoko has never done. He then completely twists it on its head, ultimately culminating in Kyoko telling Asuka that she was effectively an embarrassment who should have never been born, and the proceeds to ''cut her up for parts for her older brother Uri'', who she had always felt she was stuck into the shadow of. In the end, she ends up in the body of her old rag doll, and breaks down crying cursing her own existence.]] The only thing keeping the chapter from being 100 percent nightmare fuel is Rei's scenario, where she's married to ''Unit freakin' 05 and the two of them have four kids.'' Both Iruel's, and likely the readers, response is a straight FlatWhat?
