* Kokuto from the fourth movie, Hell Chapter, deliberately invokes this attitude to get Ichigo to break the chains keeping him in Hell. All in the span of 30 seconds, he murders [[SixthRanger Renji]], [[TheSmartGuy Uryu]], [[TheLancer Rukia]] and [[TagalongKid Yuzu]], and taunts Ichigo with the lifeless body of his younger sister. Why? '''Just to piss him off'''.

* Longtime BigBad Sosuke Aizen has pretty much qualified for this since he was first outed as a villain: He manipulated his naive lieutenant (Momo Hinamori) to be devoutly loyal and supportive of him by adopting a kind professor's facade, and coldly stabbed her while hugging her, nearly shattering her sanity and incapacitating her for well over a month. The kicker? His manipulations were so successful that ''she still believed he was innocent, even after nearly dying by his hand''.
** Continuing further, several years beforehand, Aizen had forcibly spawned monstrous abominations inside eight Shinigami officers to test out his latest experiment, coldly slashed or insulted the few that actually managed to maintain any sort of sanity to accelerate the process, intended to murder every last one of them almost immediately thereafter, and when that failed, deviously placed the blame on several of his superiors instead, thereby prompting the feudal government to (attempt to) exile or incarcerate each of them. What's worse is that, by transforming the eight officers into Hollow hybrids, Aizen had destroyed the officers' chances of ever being accepted back by their friends and colleagues, having been turned into the Soul Society's most feared and detested of adversaries, as well as sullying the reputations of the three exiles, all three of whom were assumed to have been dead, disappeared or were painted as co-conspirators by their friends, colleagues and superiors.
** Of course, Aizen managed to beat the rap by being a MagnificentBastard for the majority of the time.... which makes his act of [[spoiler:tricking Hitsugaya with an illusion into stabbing his childhood friend Momo Hinamori - the very same lieutenant that Aizen [[BreakTheCutie broke]] beforehand - in the chest]] all the more horrific, and finally cemented him as an asshole through-and-through by much of the fandom, even several of his own fans.
*** It's really clear here, as Aizen could have effortlessly created the illusion they were attacking out of thin air. He actively chose to use another person, for it, and at that specifically chose Hinamori.
** Let's see if you can read this without cringing: In the very next episode after that, how did Aizen transform one of his subordinates - Wonderweiss Margera - into a [[EmpathicWeapon zanpakuto-negating]] Arrancar? By utilizing the Hogyoku (a device that "makes peoples' desire into reality"), Aizen erased all of Wonderweiss' intelligence, speech, memory, reasoning and emotions, in order for the ability-negating aspect to work efficiently, all so that Wonderweiss could negate the abilities of '''one person'''. When that same person - Genryusai Yamamoto, a hardened veteran of countless scars and battles - is disgusted to the point of actually calling him out on it, Aizen justifies it by claiming that, since [[TheHeartless hollows]] (Wonderweiss' species) are AlwaysChaoticEvil and lack a purpose in life, turning one of them into an autistic doll was his way of giving Wonderweiss' existence ''meaning'', retorting that ''Yamamoto'' was the cruel one for killing Wonderweiss and destroying the very same purpose that Aizen essentially forced upon Wonderweiss. No, not done yet; Aizen modified Wonderweiss to negate Yamamoto's fire-generating abilities, but made it so that those very same flames were sealed ''inside'' of Wonderweiss, who promptly ''exploded, nearly destroying an entire city'' almost immediately after his death.
** Also, once he became a [[spoiler:PhysicalGod]], his very ''[[WalkingWasteland presence]]'' [[WalkingWasteland was so powerful that it caused anyone who was near him - many human civilians - to blow up]], killing over a dozen civilians, while he casually walked his way through a city. After that, when he finally met Ichigo's human friends, he planned to [[spoiler: horribly butcher them in the same manner as he did to the previous human from above, then hang up their corpses on display just to get a reaction from Ichigo. ]]
** Now, we see another retro-active BIG evil action coming from him. Not only that, it's implied that [[RapeAsDrama they may have raped her]] as well ([[InternetBackdraft which is... quite a divisive point]] among fans.) And this is the reason why Gin Ichimaru (who actually tended to Rangiku afterwards) is with him... so he can kill Aizen for what he and his goons did to his MoralityPet.]]
** Even if Aizen and his crew didn't [[spoiler:rape Matsumoto]] - and the imagery looks for all the world like they did - what they certainly did was even worse: [[spoiler:they stole a piece of her ''soul'' so Aizen could use it to help awaken the Hougyoku]]. In fact, now that I think of it, [[spoiler:stealing a piece of her soul is a pretty good fantastic metaphor for rape]].
** Why, the bastard even lampshades his Complete Monster status - he claims to be [[AboveGoodAndEvil above such "petty" things]] [[TheUnfettered as ethics and morality]], as he claims they would serve no other purpose than to limit [[HighOctaneNightmareFuel his]] [[MoralEventHorizon potential]]. In fact, this is why Aizen is such a terrifying and despicable person: he sees himself as an {{Ubermensch}} who is above everyone else, and is thus exempt from the notions of morality and decency adopted by "lesser beings", even mocking them as useless notions only the weak would cling to. Therefore, in his mind, he has the right to do whatever he wants, and he's so powerful that nobody can stop him from doing so.
** [[spoiler: Worst off, he gets what could be seen as KarmaHoudini at the end of his arc.]] [[spoiler: Firstly, his fight with Ichigo was more of a CurbStompBattle, than the extreme beatdown he deserves and he is merely sealed away for 20,000 years after his defeat, which at this point is a year and he DOESN'T seem upset about it.]] And seeing how [[MadScientist Mayuri]] is allowed to be pardoned of his crimes, it is very likely that he'd [[FridgeHorror escape and put the Soul Society in jeopardy]] or [[{{Asspull}} accept as a good guy in order to defeat a certain enemy]].

* Szayel Aporro Granz, the 8th Espada. As a MadScientist for the Arrancar, Szayel likes nothing more than pulling the organs out of people via voodoo dolls and then smashing them to bits. In particular, before the organ-breaking began, he toyed with his enemies' heads by ripping apart one (out of two) voodoo dolls in half, only to reveal that the only parts that can be felt from a voodoo doll are the toy-like organs on the inside. Beforehand, he had specifically modified his underlings to serve as healing aids; by devouring them whole, he'd be able to heal himself. Now, in regards [[BodyHorror of what]] [[HighOctaneNightmareFuel he did]] to poor [[TheWoobie Nemu]]... well, bluntly put, one of his abilities allowed him to invade any convenient host (the petite Nemu) that had maintained physical contact with him during his death, devour Nemu from the inside to reconstruct his original body, ''horribly'' enlarging Nemu's stomach and emaciating her to near-death, and then burst fully-grown from her mouth head-first, leaving Nemu as a severely wrinkled, anorexic husk, whose condition was so bad that she had to get '''laid by her father to get healed back to normal''' (don't ''[[BrainBleach ever]]'' ask how that works). What's worse is that the amount of time it took for ''that'' to finish was just a tad bit too long, giving the impression that he was initially trying to [[FridgeHorror burst through her "special opening", before deciding to move out of her mouth instead.]] He is so terrible [[spoiler:that he is one of two of the Espada to end up in Hell (the second Espada is Aaroniero Arruruerie).]] He also deconstructs the trope of AvengingTheVillain by stating that he is the brother of Yylfordt, an Arrancar that Renji had killed, but had no intention by avenging him, in fact he infected his brother with mini-spy cameras in order to gain an advantage in their fight, even comparing the loss of his brother with the loss of a box.
* Yammy Llargo, the 10th Espada. His acts of cruelty are hard to look past - when his arm was reattached, he decided to test if it worked, by [[UngratefulBastard bashing the head of the same nurse that reattached his arm]]. His only remark after that is a grumble over how, if it was fully healed, it would've split her in half.
* Nnoitra Gilga, the 5th Espada. The man is a chauvinistic creep that ''hates'' how a woman is ranked higher on a strength-based society, who went so far as to ''literally'' break her friends' faces in order to rile her up enough for him to catch her off-guard. Once he did, he slashed across her face, gave her amnesia and threw her onto the desert wasteland of Hueco Mundo to rot. Present-story, he cheats his way into winning a fight by ambushing weakened opponents and essentially torturing them to death. At one point, he insinuates that Ulquiorra keeps Orihime ([[TermsOfEndangerment whom he calls "pet-sama"]]) in-line by sexually assaulting her. (And when a personification of nihilism calls you "disgusting," [[EvenEvilHasStandards you know you've crossed a line]]). Furthermore, he shoved his fingers down Orihime's mouth to keep her from shouting, gave ''very'' unsettling implications that he would've done things to her once Ichigo was killed, and ''kicked an infant child'' across a desert.
* Mayuri Kurotsuchi, the Gotei 13's resident MadScientist, was introduced like this, being responsible for the death of Ishida's grandfather, conducting experiments on living subjects and making use of [[WhyAmITicking human bombs]] - even exploding one of them just because "a bomb isn't supposed to come back". However, through CharacterizationMarchesOn, he is now being portrayed as a JerkAss HeroicSociopath for whom [[MagnificentBastard it is possible to actually root for]], [[EvilerThanThou especially when he's up against his opposite number Szayel]]. His previous actions seem to have been [[KarmaHoudini swept under the rug]]... and [[BaseBreaker many fans don't agree with this]].
** After using Ashisogi Jizo on Uryu to take away his ability to move he says that killing him would be just as easy as strangling a baby. Based on what you know about him by this point, you probably can wonder if he's talking from experience.
** The Anime cuts out a certain part of the manga where he actually explain what experiments on the Quincy he performed- pure acts of savagery and sadism with zero scientific value, unless you are the most f*cked up scientist who ever lived. He's the Josef Mengele of Soul Society.
-->''I said it in the beginning...I've finished studying the Quincy. Finished studying! Observed the result of all kind of physical and mental stimuli! * One of Ichigo's earlier enemies, the hollow called Shrieker, is shown to have been a Complete Monster even ''before'' he turned into a Hollow. A serial killer who stabbed a young mother to death and got off on it, his greatest regret is being killed before being able to do the same to her child, Yuichi Shibata. After he became a Hollow, he sealed the child into the body of a parakeet and lied to him, saying that if he could escape from him for three months, he'd revive his mom - and Shrieker would kill and eat the souls of anyone trying to help the child. * Szayel Aporro Granz from Granz, the 8th Espada. * Nnoitra Gilga, the fifth Espada.

* The Hollow Numb Chandelier. She mind-controls the Karakura students via shooting seeds into their bodies, tortures Orihime and Tatsuki when they try opposing her, plans really {{squick}}y tortures and deaths for both of them (like having the boys gangrape Orihime in turns and then forcing her to commit suicide, or mind-controlling her to strip naked before throwing herself off a building in public) ''while telling the girls what she plans for them'', and forces Tatsuki and Chizuru to beat up Orihime for her own amusement. It's a HUGE relief when Orihime develops her powers, heals Tatsuki and kills Chandelier, releasing the Karakura students in the process.

With rare exceptions like Johan from Monster it\'s very difficult to deconstruct a Complete Monster. Yukio and Nnoitra (who was cut before) have now been cut. If you want to discuss this, please take it to the clean-up forum.

** If you weren't convinced that he's as bad as the others in this page, the latest chapter has him plotting to kill a blindly loyal subordinate in cold blood, because said underling is more powerful than he thought and ''might'' betray him later on.
* Going back into the Arrancar, Nnoitra Gilga is a surprising deconstruction, with a well-executed case of AlternateCharacterInterpretation. As it turns out, he's a DeathSeeker, who fully believes that the life of a Hollow is ''meant'' to be depressing, and holds an intense DontYouDarePityMe psychology as a result. Since Nelliel kept refusing to kill him during their bouts, belittling his mindset as primitive and constantly talking down to him, it's easy to understand why he specifically hated her.
** There's no question that he's a monster. Nevertheless, the fact that he is capable of empathy (as evidenced when he shows concern for Tesla after sensing Kenpachi's power) disqualifies him as a '''Complete''' monster.
* Similarly, Yukio is another deconstruction. Present-time, comrade failed to defeat her opponent, and he brought down the sky so ''both'' would die. In his backstory, he stole his neglectful fathers' wealth, bankrupted his parents' company and indirectly drove his father to suicide, and ''enjoyed it''. What makes him a deconstruction? He would've been far better off had his father actually given more of a damn about his son instead of his business, and Yukio's frequent KickTheDog moments are a result of a failure in proper parenthood, and a correspondingly detached view of reality from it. Moreover, while it's clear he hates his father in particular, his BerserkButton is abandonment; when confronted with an insinuation that his parents abandoned him, he cared enough to ''defend'' his parents over it, claiming that ''he'' left them instead. If he felt guilty about killing them, as if he's subconsciously repressing his feelings over it since he can't handle them well.
** Yukio also used to be a CuteMute, and his parents wanted him to be the "ideal child". When he wasn't, and did not speak, he was shut off in a "spacious" "boring" "room". * Going back into the Arrancar, Nnoitra Gilga is a surprising deconstruction, with a well-executed case of AlternateCharacterInterpretation.

When that same person - Genryusai Yamamoto, a hardened veteran of countless scars and battles, is disgusted to the point of actually calling him out on it, Aizen justifies it by claiming that, since [[TheHeartless hollows]] (Wonderweiss' species) are AlwaysChaoticEvil and lack a purpose in life, turning one of them into an autistic doll was his way of giving Wonderweiss' existence ''meaning'', retorting that ''Yamamoto'' was the cruel one for killing Wonderweiss and destroying the very same purpose that Aizen essentially forced upon Wonderweiss. To sum it up, Aizen is a serious candidate for the MostTriumphantExample of a Complete Monster in the world of anime and manga.
* We're forgetting one really, really nasty monster from the beginning: the Hollow Numb Chandelier.

Now, in regards [[BodyHorror of what]] [[HighOctaneNightmareFuel he did]] to poor [[TheWoobie Nemu]]... well, bluntly put, one of his abilities allowed him to invade any convenient host (the petite Nemu) that had maintained physical contact with him during his death, devour Nemu from the inside to reconstruct his original body, ''horribly'' enlarging Nemu's stomach and emaciating her to near-death, and then burst fully-grown from her mouth head-first, leaving Nemu as a severely wrinkled, anorexic husk, whose condition was so bad that she had to be '''raped get '''laid by her father to get healed back to normal''' (don't ''[[BrainBleach ever]]'' ask how that works). What's worse is that the amount of time it took for ''that'' to finish was just a tad bit too long, giving the impression that he was initially trying to [[FridgeHorror burst through her "special opening", before deciding to move out of her mouth instead.]] He is so terrible [[spoiler:that he is one of two of the Espada to end up in Hell (the second Espada is Aaroniero Arruruerie).]]
