Ordering his underlings to develop various {{Doomsday Device}}s, which he planned to use to annihilate entire cities, Popov, growing angry when "[[PlayerCharacter Agent Red]]", in reality a grown-up Prince Alexander, started destroying them, tried to use his last remaining Doomsday Device to obliterate London.
