A classic [[PracticalJoke prank]], in which some poor sap gets their underpants forcibly yanked up and wedged between their butt. A staple of [[TheBully schoolyard bullies]] it is also sometimes incorporated into the arsenal of [[TheTrickster tricksters]] and similar [[FightingClown comedic fighters]], and is sometimes used for [[{{Fanservice}} fanservice]]. In earlier media they tended to be used primarily as {{comedic underwear exposure}} though since then they’ve more often used as an example of bullying.
