* Depending on the continuity, all the {{Femme Fatale}}s of Gotham want Franchise/{{Batman}}... or they want him dead if he won't be their boy toy.
** Especially ComicBook/{{Catwoman}}, who is the TropeNamer for DatingCatwoman.
** ComicBook/PoisonIvy is attracted to Batman and finds him fascinating as one male whose will is strong enough to resist her [[LivingAphrodisiac allure]]. In Creator/NeilGaiman's version of her origin, she was obsessed with Batman from the start.
** ComicBook/TaliaAlGhul takes the cake, on one instance trying to utterly destroy Batman, kill his "family" and ruin everything he'd ever worked for... because he wasn't paying attention to her.
** The only exception is Harley Quinn, for [[MadLove obvious reasons]], though even she took a shot at Bruce in a Valentine special.
** PlayedForDrama example with Tarantula: in her lust for ComicBook/{{Nightwing}}, not only does she manipulate events so that Dick will break up with Barbara, but when he's exhausted on a rooftop ''she takes off his pants and [[RapeAsDrama rapes him]]''. Naturally, Dick is disgusted by her and ashamed of himself.
* Plastique to ComicBook/CaptainAtom. They even briefly married.
* ''ComicBook/TheDefenders'': [[Comicbook/DoctorStrange Umar]] to Comicbook/TheIncredibleHulk in one notable Giffen / [=DeMatteis=] Defenders miniseries. In this case Hulk... enjoyed himself so much that not only did he revert to puny Banner, but ''Umar couldn't torture Banner into turning back''. In a later issue, she appears to scoop up an out-of-control Hulk, super-charged by a reality-warping device, for an inter-dimensional booty-call. When the Red She-Hulk objected, Umar brought her along as well. Apparently, she thought that level of power, and the extra partner, would give them enough stamina to make for an interesting evening (by comparison, she wiped out the Hulk in their first encounter in under six minutes). [[BlueandOrangeMorality She saved the Earth, unintentionally, in the pursuit of really vigorous sex.]]
* In ''ComicBook/TheFurtherAdventuresOfIndianaJones'' #15, smitten PirateGirl Esmeralda Vasquez offers Dr. Jones the opportunity to join her crew of RuthlessModernPirates. When he declines her offer, she becomes a WomanScorned and has him subjected to a SandNecktie.
* Cupid really, ''[[StalkerWithACrush really]]'' likes ComicBook/GreenArrow.
* Dark example in ''ComicBook/{{Invincible}}'' as Anissa is attracted to protagonist Mark, stalking him multiple times and saying she wants to reproduce with him to ensure Viltrumites survival (she finds normal human males repulsive) Mark, however, rejects her. [[spoiler: Which angers Anissa and causes her to attack Mark, smashing him down into a crater, pinning herself on top of him and raping him. Mark is of course horrified by the ordeal and the experience briefly [[HatesBeingTouched spoils]] his sexual relationship with his wife Eve, when Eve learns truth [[ViolentlyProtectiveGirlfriend she]] tries to [[RapeAndRevenge kill Anissa]] first chance she gets. Likewise, his father, Nolan, senses that ''something'' is wrong and [[PapaWolf ends up nearly ripping Anissa's head off]]. Later, he works it out and doesn't take revenge, largely because Anissa has genuinely pulled a HeelFaceTurn and because he knows from experience how screwed up Viltrumite society was - by the standards both were raised by, that behaviour was positively ''normal''. Instead, he opts to comfort Mark.]]
* ''ComicBook/MachineMan'': Aaron Stack, aka Machine Man, learned that his old enemy [[ComicBook/IronMan Sunset Baine, aka Madame Menace,]] has something of a crush on him. He was rather taken aback by the discovery.

** [[Characters/MarvelComicsTheEnchantress Amora the Enchantress]]. Her attraction to Thor overrides all other considerations—she does admire many of his heroic qualities, but in some cases, has loved him completely despite her many flaws. That said, she does seem to appreciate and enjoy the attentions of other heroes, and has pursued many who have caught her eye, including Hercules, Black Knight, Heimdall, Captain America, Wonder Man, and many others.
** There's also Hela, Norse goddess of death, who is either this or a StalkerWithATestTube, DependingOnTheWriter. She's also Thor's adoptive brother's daughter [[spoiler:[[CreatingLifeIsUnforeseen in some sense]]]], by the way, but mythological gods have never been exactly picky about that sort of thing.

** ''ComicBook/BlackCat'' is the ''Catwoman'' to Peter's ''Batman''. She's a thief who has a growing interest in the wall-crawler and the two become a couple. Unfortunately, her main interest being in his heroic identity of his real one and constantly going back and forth on heroism or thievery makes their romance difficult.
** The Queen is a dark variant. When she makes the decision to have Spider-Man serve as her "mate" she's made the decision [[spoiler: to turn him into a giant spider monster that would serve as a living egg sac for her offspring. It was a small miracle he survived and returned to normal.]]

** Dana Dearden, who goes by the aliases "Obsession", "Superwoman", and "Mrs. Superman". Her Superman obsession drives Dana to obtain superpowers, and later declare herself 'Mrs Superman' after a photo emerges of Supes wearing a wedding ring.

** Superman's teenage clone [[ComicBook/Superboy1994 Superboy]] also dealt with the affections of a female villain. In his case, it was Knockout, a former member of [[ComicBook/NewGods the Female Furies]] who came to Earth shortly after Superboy moved to Hawaii. Like Maxima, she was an alien redheaded woman with super strength. She was also much older than Superboy.
* In ''ComicBook/TalesOfTheJedi'', Sith/Krath sorceress Aleema Keto desires Jedi Knight Ulic-Qel Droma who is there to infiltrate the Krath and destroy them from within.

* In ''ComicBook/TraggAndTheSkyGods'', Keera--the first officer of the [[AlienInvasion Yargonian invaders]]--seriously has the hots for HandsomeHeroicCaveman Targg. This drives her to attempt to [[MurderTheHypotenuse kill Tragg's mate Lorn]], and eventually to become a DefectorFromDecadence.

** Comicbook/EmmaFrost, AKA: The White Queen, to Comicbook/{{Cyclops}} - though she hadn't been quite as evil for a while when it happened.
** ComicBook/{{Mystique}}. She has had a thing for Forge, Iceman, Gambit (her adoptive daughter's husband) and Wolverine respectively.

Compare HeroesWantRedheads. Contrast with MadScientistsBeautifulDaughter, since the villain is unwilling to renounce her evil ways to woo the hero.

A SubTrope of VillainousCrush. A SisterTrope to DatingCatwoman (if the hero actually returns her affections), AllAmazonsWantHercules, SingleWomanSeeksGoodMan, and ILoveYouBecauseICantControlYou. The alignment-flipped SisterTrope of AllGirlsWantBadGuys.

** Blackfire flirts pretty heavily with Robin in her first appearance, but this seems less to be actual interest and more just her screwing with her sister Starfire's (Robin's canon LoveInterest) head. In her second appearance, she pretty much ignores Robin entirely.

* ''WesternAnimation/TeenTitans'':

* In ''WesternAnimation/YoungJustice'', Cheshire flirts with Red Arrow, [[spoiler:the original Roy Harper/Speedy's clone]]. They eventually get married and have a daughter.

* In ''VideoGame/DevilMayCry3DantesAwakening'', Nevan clearly has the hots for Dante, she calls his father a "handsome devil", and actually feels him up during their pre-fight encounter. After the battle, Nevan reveals Sparda Dante's father used to show her a good time but Dante is no slouch himself, then she turns into a guitar.

* Tron Bonne of ''VideoGame/MegamanLegends'' begins developing a crush on Mega Man, and tries time and time again to coax him to her side. However, she has [[DatingCatwoman just as much fun acting as his foil]].

* ''VideoGame/PathfinderKingmaker'' has TheManBehindTheMan [[spoiler: Nyrissa]] start off using this as a HoneyTrap, but (depending on choices made in the game) can actually become a love interest [[spoiler: that culminates in a HighHeelFaceTurn as she accepts her heart back from the hero/ine.]]

* In ''Franchise/StreetFighter'' Juri Han will have to invoke this with some of the male World Warriors, as one of her win quotes against Ryu is about how "frisky" he makes her.

The Evil Empress wants a consort for her domain. Unfortunately, none of her male subjects are quite up to her standards. So what does she do? [[DistressedDude Kidnap the hero, of course.]] Once he sees [[EvilIsSexy how hot she is]], and how [[WeCanRuleTogether they can rule together]], he'll fall into her arms.

* Both Middler and Mariah express interest in the heroes (Jotaro and Joseph, respectively) in part 3 of ''Manga/JoJosBizarreAdventure''. Both [=JoJos=] try to use this to their advantage ([[ComicallySerious with much embarrassment in Jotaro's case]]), but to no avail. As Mariah points out, there's no point in turning traitor for the handsome hero when the villain you work for is [[EvilIsSexy Dio]] [[VampiresAreSexGods Brando]].

** Maxima initially butted heads with Supes when he declined her offer of marriage. Eventually, she learned to take "No" for an answer and became an ally. But Maxima is a slight aversion. It's not so much that she loves or wants a relationship with Superman. She wants his [[StalkerWithATestTube genetic material]] to improve her royal bloodline. She's just . . . rather traditional in her choice of collection method.

* ''Film/{{Lifeforce}}'': Space Girl establishes a psychic link to Carlson and offers him to rule by her side, intent on making him another of her "brides". She even went through the effort of reading his mind to [[AFormYouAreComfortableWith assume his dream of the ideal woman]] (her real form being... not very pretty).

** ComicBook/TheEnchantress. Her attraction to Thor overrides all other considerations—she does admire many of his heroic qualities, but in some cases, has loved him completely despite her many flaws. That said, she does seem to appreciate and enjoy the attentions of other heroes, and has pursued many who have caught her eye, including Hercules, Black Knight, Heimdall, Captain America, Wonder Man, and many others.

* In ''WesternAnimation/JusticeLeague'' episode "Alive", Giganta develops a sympathy for ''[[ComicBook/TheFlash Wally West]]''. At the end of the series finale, she uses a bit of her [[MercyLead head start]] time to give him a kiss before running away with the other villains.

* ''Film/BladeRunner2049'' has a more subdued but still apparent example with DarkChick Replicant Luv's attitude towards TheHero Replicant K. Luv clearly takes a liking to him when they meet, and protects him from scavengers with a KillSat, she even says to his boss Lt. Joshi that he's a "good boy". Towards the climax she becomes more obsessive, having stalked K for the Wallace Corporation throughout the movie and when Luv meets K's hologram girlfriend Joi, Luv unnecessarily destroys her in a KickTheDog moment probably [[MurderTheHypotenuse born out of jealousy]]. It's probably most blatant in the climax where Luv gives K a ForcefulKiss, [[InterplayOfSexAndViolence after stabbing him in the torso]].

* The third season of ''Series/TheFlash2014'' has [[spoiler:Killer Frost]], who had some ShipTease with Barry Allen as [[spoiler:Caitlin Snow]] and who forces a kiss on him during her attempt to kill him. When he says he wants to help her, she bitterly asks why he would when he's already got a happy life with his girlfriend, Iris. She eagerly grabs the opportunity to partner up with [[spoiler:[[BigBad Savitar]], an evil future version of Barry when he offers her a chance to rule the world forever with him, and makes at least one pass at him.]]
* Adrianne Margeaux of ''Series/KnightRider'', a recurring villainess who ''really'' wanted a piece of Michael after their first encounter. She even plants a ForcefulKiss once she's got him imprisoned.

** Tess Mercer has something of a crush on him, although not much comes out of it. She also a NewOldFlame for Oliver.

One had her as his fiancee, meaning he probably reciprocated her feelings and explains why she hates Serenity and the Moon Kingdom so much. ** There was also Saleen, an evil mermaid who attempted the same thing. Though in one episode she turned Aladdin into a shark, which seems sort of counterproductive to this trope.

* ''WesternAnimation/GIJoeARealAmericanHero'': The Dreadnok Zarana falls for the Joe tech specialist Mainframe during an undercover mission, an attraction that is very much mutual even after he discovers her true identity. She even covertly assists him on one occasion when he's deaged, and quietly wishes him luck. Dropped in the DiC season where she's introduced as hooking up with Destro instead (though it should be noted that the connection between the original Sunbow seasons and post-movie DiC seasons are somewhat... vague).

* In an episode of ''WesternAnimation/SWATKats'', a villainess air-pirate named Turmoil develops a crush on the hero T-Bone. [[spoiler:She captures and asks T-Bone to join her crew, which he accepts. In truth, however, he simply takes advantage of her hospitality by planting bombs throughout the ship and bringing it down. At the end of the episode, Turmoil, while in prison, promises not to give up her pursuit of T-Bone.]]
* In ''WesternAnimation/AvatarTheLastAirbender'' Ty Lee hits on Sokka almost every time they share the screen together. Of course, she's not really that much of a villain, but she's Azula's sidekick and usually hits on him while they're fighting.

* ''WesternAnimation/DannyPhantom'': WordOfGod revealed that Ember [=McLain=] is secretly in love the title character, but denies it in a {{Tsundere}} manner.

In this case Hulk... enjoyed himself so much that not only did he revert to puny Banner, but ''Umar couldn't torture Banner into turning back''. In a later issue, she appears to scoop up an out-of-control Hulk, super-charged by a reality-warping device, for an inter-dimensional booty-call. When the Red She-Hulk objected, Umar brought her along as well. Apparently, she thought that level of power, and the extra partner, would give them enough stamina to make for an interesting evening (by comparison, she wiped out the Hulk in their first encounter in under six minutes). ** ComicBook/{{Mystique}}. She has had a thing for Forge, Iceman, Gambit (her adoptive daughter's husband) and Wolverine respectively.
* Plastique to ComicBook/CaptainAtom. They even briefly married.
* ''ComicBook/SpiderMan'':
** ''ComicBook/BlackCat'' is the ''Catwoman'' to Peter's ''Batman''. She's a thief who has a growing interest in the wall-crawler and the two become a couple. Unfortunately, her main interest being in his heroic identity of his real one and constantly going back and forth on heroism or thievery makes their romance difficult.
** The Queen is a dark variant. When she makes the decision to have Spider-Man serve as her "mate" she's made the decision [[spoiler: to turn him into a giant spider monster that would serve as a living egg sac for her offspring. It was a small miracle he survived and returned to normal.]]

* In ''ComicBook/TheFurtherAdventuresOfIndianaJones'' #15, smitten PirateGirl Esmeralda Vasquez offers Dr. Jones the opportunity to join her crew of RuthlessModernPirates. When he declines her offer, she becomes a WomanScorned and has him subjected to a SandNecktie.
* ''ComicBook/TomStrong'': The Nazi [[TheBaroness baroness]] known as Ingrid Weiss lusts for Tom. While she's upset he's not blonde, she finds him attractive enough to not be too bothered. Unfortunately for her, for all her beauty, Tom has nothing but [[AbhorrentAdmirer hate and disgust for her]] since he's married to a black woman and Ingrid has nothing but hateful comments about her. [[spoiler:While how it happened is thankfully not elaborated, she took advantage of him [[DudeShesLikeInAComa being unconscious]] and used him to father their son, Albrecht.]] It's this incident that only solidified Tom's eternal rejection of her.

* You wouldn't believe how many writers portray [[WesternAnimation/KimPossible Shego wanting Ron]]. Which is nothing compared to the writers who portray Shego as [[HoYay wanting Kim]].
* In ''FanFic/MegaManDefenderOfTheHumanRace'', Splash Woman muses that while she could destroy Mega Man, part of her would love to have him to herself and under her control.

* ''FanFic/TheFlashSentryChronicles'': Sunset openly flirts with Flash in the human world, even [[spoiler:[[ForcefulKiss forcing a surprise kiss on him]] and asking him if he wants a second one while he's flustered, and telling him she'll make it up to him for framing him and Twilight by letting him take her out on a date sometime]]. Luv clearly takes a liking to him when they meet, and protects him from scavengers with a KillSat, she even says to his boss Lt. Joshi that he's a "good boy". Towards the climax she becomes more obsessive, having stalked K for the Wallace Corporation throughout the movie and when Luv meets K's hologram girlfriend Joi, Luv unnecessarily destroys her in a KickTheDog moment probably [[MurderTheHypotenuse born out of jealousy]]. It's probably most blatant in the climax where Luv gives K a ForcefulKiss, [[InterplayOfSexAndViolence after stabbing him in the torso]].

* ''Film/BatmanAndRobin'': Poison Ivy acts this way to Robin for most of the film, though it is actually subverted as she is only seducing him to make him a victim of her kiss instead of actually being in love with him (instead she's a ClingyJealousGirl for Mr. Freeze, another villain). After she finally kisses him she drops the act and taunts him, but after realizing Robin tricked her she angrily shoves "her love" off the romantic rose throne they were sharing and into the pond to drown him.
* ''Film/QueenOfTheDamned'': The [[MonsterProgenitor mother of all vampires]], an ancient Egyptian pharaoh known as Akasha, wants the much younger vampire Lestat to be her lover after she discarded her previous one to absorb his power. He reciprocates at first, but eventually turns on her since her plan to TakeOverTheWorld is too extreme for him.

* ''Film/{{Lifeforce}}'': Space Girl establishes a psychic link to Carlson and offers him to rule by her side, intent on making him another of her "brides". She even went through the effort of reading his mind to [[AFormYouAreComfortableWith assume his dream of the ideal woman]] (her real form being... not very pretty).

* OlderThanDirt: This trope goes back to ''Literature/TheEpicOfGilgamesh''. The capricious goddess Inanna (Ishtar) wants to hook up with the hero, Gilgamesh, because he's [[EvenTheGuysWantHim exceptionally comely]]. But he wants no part of it because, as he points out with brutal candor, every single guy she's ever spent time with lived to regret it (and usually didn't live to regret it for very long). Result? Goddess rage. His reason for rejecting her is entirely different in the oldest Sumerian version, where his Mother tells him that a relationship with her will make him [[IncrediblyLamePun Soft]].

** In ''Series/{{Angel}}'' Season 2, it's shown that even as a soulless evil demon, Darla is still in love with the titular hero, Angel, despite his "filthy" soul. Even when he’s not in his SuperpoweredEvilSide form of Angelus, Darla still cares for him -- as Drusilla TheEmpath notes to Darla’s ire. It helps Angelus/Angel and Darla were [[OutlawCouple together]] for 150 years so feelings can’t just be swept aside so easily.

** In ''VideoGame/MetalGearSolid'' Sniper Wolf is explicitly attracted to Snake, it’s revealed she actually falls for most of her targets.
** In ''VideoGame/MetalGearRisingRevengeance'' FemmeFatale Mistral screams this trope towards Raiden given she [[ProjectileKiss blows him a kiss]] when she firsts sees him, seductively [[DressHitsFloor drops her coat]] in front of him and during their duel Mistral actually yells excitedly that she wants ''[[CombatSadomasochist more]]'' while fighting him. Of course, being HappilyMarried to Rose, Raiden mostly spurns her Mistral’s attraction and dodges her blown kiss “like a bullet”.

But WordOfGod says that Ada’s one redeeming trait/weakness is that beneath her multiple lies and betrayals she does genuinely love Leon to some extent and will actually help him out at times. In the ''VideoGame/ResidentEvil2Remake'' Leon cleverly weaponizes this trope against Ada as after he learns she just wants the T-Virus and points a gun at Leon when he refuses to hand it over. Leon correctly guesses that Ada isn’t truly willing to kill him to retrieve the virus, thus creates a brief stalemate.
** In ''VideoGame/ResidentEvilRevelations'' TheMole Jessica Sherawat is attracted to Chris Redfield and unsuccessfully flirts with him throughout the game and is even somewhat jealous of his unwavering care for his “partner” Jill Valentine.

She also seems to think GuyOnGuyIsHot; when the brainwashed Darien and Malachite engage in a little FoeYay, her response is to suggest they mud wrestle while she videotapes it. Ann retains her canonical crush on Darien, but it isn't as flanderized as with Beryl. Sailor Mars probably counts since this series drops any pretense of telling us that she's good, despite being on the same side as Darien. She's even more vocally into him than she was in the anime and doesn't pretend to like his somewhat girlfriend Serena (who's also her teammate Sailor Moon). Making her obsession worse is the fact that she's a [[HollywoodSatanism Satanist]] who often mentions wanting to sacrifice him, set him on fire, or otherwise cause him bodily harm. The only time he reciprocates is when he's brainwashed, though he does say he's with Beryl (though he doesn't seem too thrilled about this).

* In ''VideoGame/DevilMayCry3'' Nevan clearly has the hots for Dante whom she calls “handsome devil” and actually feels him up during their pre-fight encounter. After the battle Nevan reveals Sparda Dante’s father used to show her a good time but Dante is no slouch himself, then she turns into a guitar.

* The FillerVillain Fuuka from ''Manga/{{Naruto}}'' flirts heavily with Naruto upon meeting him, offering to share a kiss with him, calling him [[TermsOfEndangerment several pet names]], and using tons of {{Double Entendre}}s even as the two of them fight. However, it turns out to be subverted. Instead of actually being in love with him, she just wants to [[KissOfDeath kiss him to drain him of his chakra and kill him]], and her flirting is just a way of luring her victims in. It later also serves to emphasize her more sadistic side, at one point telling Naruto after finally capturing him that the two of them should forgive and forget and share a "nice hot kiss" to make up, before immediately saying that [[YourSoulIsMine she'll take his soul as payment for the kiss]] and violently grabbing him to stop him from struggling against her.
