No Music examples either, I feel the concept is quite clearly referenced in the Britney Spears song "Oops I did it Again" she's clearly painting herself a Vamp in most of the Lyrics, but in verse 2 she does "Wishing that Heroes they truly exist" while the song has no Hero present, the concept is clearly part of this Villainess's character.
The Video further makes her seem like a Supervillianess, with a very Sexy Campy Sci-Fi vibe.
No real life examples? Well I suppose it's a little controversial to blatantly label a real person a Villianess. Still the "Evil Empress" scenario used to set the opening hypothetical example must have vaguely analogous historical precedent?
