Surprisingly, Wobbuffet didn't do very much to ruin the act (which you'd think he would) until the very end when he goes to the extreme to blow Meowth's cover and expose all of Team Rocket for the phonies they are.
** Meowth and Wobbuffet pose as a guard in the episode "Luxray Vision" along with Jessie and James posing as guards too. This time, they made carefully sure Wobbuffet didn't blow their cover until the time was just right.
