** Its [[OsuTatakaeOuendan Japanese counterpart]] isn't immune either. Help a ronin pass high school exams using ''Loop and Loop''! Meteor heading towards earth? Let's get started, ''Ready Steady Go!'' But the most baffling example is probably when an anthropomorphic text message has to deliver its note during Christmas... ''to a song about soccer''.

* Those complaints about the opening to ''WesternAnimation/TheNutshack'' sums up that they repeat the same phase over and over again. Despite that, there is a little rap verse in the middle of it, though [[TheUnintelligible there's a reason people forget about this part]].

* The EndingTheme of ''TransformersVictory'' muses about a young Star Saber getting up to childish fun and enjoying sweets, then exhorting the baddies to 'buzz off'.

* The ''WesternAnimation/CloudyWithAChanceOfMeatballs'' TV series does not tell us what the show is about. Rather opens up w/ Flint and Sam annoying everyone in town and has screams of agony as the only lyrics of the opening.

* Similarly, listen to the [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QDNa7Gz9opA theme]] to ''Series/TheBetterSex'' with all its strange scatting. Even weirder in the context of the intro sequence, which had hosts BillAnderson and Sarah Purcell "arguing" in time to the gibberish.

** One could make a case for the movie theme ''Film/TheWorldIsNotEnough'', performed by Garbage, because it has a tendency to contradict itself. ''A lot''.
** One could make an even stronger case for ''Film/AViewToAKill'' and ''Film/TheLivingDaylights''. Oh, those wacky Eighties.

** The same could be say about ''VideoGame/{{Persona 4}}'''s Reach To The Truth if you think about it.
*** That's debatable. The theme is your team's self cheer to find the truth behind the Inaba killings, so it makes sense that it plays in battles when you need your spirits lifted most. But Mass Destruction totally fits, since it's just a song about how awesome the heroes are and what they're doing at the moment.
