* Averted in ''Literature/ReignOfTheSevenSpellblades''. Pete Reston is a reversi, i.e. born with the ability to [[GenderBender switch biological sexes]]. His initial reaction to switching for the first time is to be horrified that he grew breasts and had his junk go missing in his sleep.

* Alison Tyler goes the typical FreakyFridayFlip route in ''Literature/TiffanyTwisted''. Woman and her boyfriend switch bodies and explore each other in intimate and personal ways. * In the last ''Series/StarTrekTheOriginalSeries'' episode, "Turnabout Intruder", Kirk switches bodies with his psycho-ex lover Janice Lester. Much awkwardness, UnfortunateImplications involving 60's gender issues, and HoYay ensues.

* In ''Series/{{Dollhouse}}'''s AlternateRealityGame Dollplay, a teenage girl gets "imprinted" with the mind of a twenty-something guy. He wakes up in a girl's body, runs his hands down the girl's body as he wakes up, and snaps awake as he feels the breasts. And yes, the first thing he does is squee-and-squish.

* Inverted In the Italian comedy ''Film/LeComiche2''. A {{chew toy}} character undergoes an undesired breast augmentation. We never see him reacting to it in the first place. Instead he reappears in the film later on but we need to wait a bit until a {{Comedic Underwear Exposure}} caused by opening the wrong door on a flying plane reveals his new 'boobage' and that he is wearing a lacy [[BlackBraAndPanties black bra]]. While he is crying and screaming for help, unable to cover up, his breasts are grabbed by one of the characters that caused the augmentation in the first place, which leads to squeezing and more squeezing.

Compare ShowingOffTheNewBody (a completely different situation that results in similar behavior), SweetOnPollyOliver (where a guy finds another "guy" attractive, with similar squick reactions pre reveal) and BreakingInOldHabits (where new hands are "tested out").

A rare G-rated version may occur if the male-turned-female character intentionally experiments with stereotypically female ''behavior'' (see the ThirdLawOfGenderBending). This might be a humorous subversion (playing dress up instead of playing with yourself) or a form of [[GRatedSex G-Rated Masturbation]] when the trope can't or shouldn't be demonstrated explicitly.

* ''Manga/AllAroundTypeMoon'' has an unusual non-GenderBender example. Due to an incident with a FreakyFridayFlip potion at Ahnenerbe, [[VisualNovel/FateStayNight Saber]] ends up briefly inhabiting the bodies of [[VisualNovel/{{Tsukihime}} Arcueid Brunestud]] and [[LightNovel/TheGardenOfSinners Touko Aozaki]]. The first thing she does in each case is feel up both of their assets. This is explainable given she's largely ageless and stuck in her teens, but it becomes rather hilarious when ''VideoGame/FateGrandOrder'' showed that if she were allowed to grow up, she'd be far, far more stacked than either Arcueid or Touko.

* Parodied in ''LightNovel/GonnaBeTheTwinTail''. When Souji undergoes a GenderBender into Tail Red, Aika and Twoearle spy on him, thinking he will feel himself up. While he does strip and look himself over, the worst he goes is fondle the pigtails he gains in the transformation, since he has a massive {{fetish}} for girl's twintails.

* ''LightNovel/{{Kampfer}}'':

* In the first episode of ''LightNovel/KokoroConnect'', Taichi Yaegashi gets body swapped with Iori Nagase. The very first thing Taichi does upon this realization is to grope his newly acquired assets.

* In one episode, the title character of ''LightNovel/NyarukoCrawlingWithLove'' swaps bodies with her love interest, Mahiro Yasaka. She spends some time in the bathroom and comes out sparkling and says "Oh, boys are so great... It's a feeling that girls just won't understand..." Mahiro is understandably ''furious'' at what happened, and he was too embarrassed to even look at Nyarko's naked body when he has to bathe; however, he does look at her arms and legs and muses "She has such a frail-looking body, but she doesn't hesitate to protect me..." and resolves to be nicer to her. However, Nyarko destroys this good will by busting into the bathroom and trying to [[ScrewYourself seduce Mahiro with his own body]].

* Somewhat deconstructed in the Creator/CliveBarker short story "The Madonna." The transformation is too much of a MindScrew for the men involved for them to engage in any self-perversion. One of them, an unrepentant womanizer, is so traumatized that [[spoiler:he commits suicide rather than live as a woman.]]

* ''Manga/JojosBizarreAdventure'' has this happen twice, each in a different part.
