Problem is, she's AfraidOfDoctors (especially upon hearing a dentist's drill), and as luck would have it, the [[MonsterOfTheWeek Jikochuu]] for this episode is made from a rotten tooth and had a giant drill as a weapon. When the girls spot the Jikochuu, they transform and start to pose for their InTheNameOfTheMoon phrase, only to then realize that Makoto/Sword ''[[https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/prettycure/images/9/9a/DDPC35.03.png/revision/latest?cb=20131006040622 isn't]]'' in the group pose sequence. The transformation music promptly died out when the girls found that out. The dentist meeting earlier caused Makoto to got too scared to transform upon knowing that the Jikochuu is related to dentists.
