Pretty much a StockPhrase for any FunnyForeigner. Commonly used either to [[LampshadeHanging hang a lampshade]] on how he [[EloquentInMyNativeTongue doesn't speak English too well]] or with swearing to create a SophisticatedAsHell effect.
