* Instead of having a SignatureRoar like most of the Kaiju in the series, [[BigBad King]] [[NamesToRunAwayFromReallyFast Ghidorah]] from ''Series/{{Godzilla}}'' often made some bizarre [[HellIsThatNoise chirping]] sounds while [[AliensAreBastards slaughtering]] [[ForTheEvulz civilizations.]] Most people thought it just sounded stupid until they [[FridgeHorror realized]] that he was really putting this trope into play.

* In ''Literature/ASeriesOfUnfortunateEvents'', [[BigBad Count Olaf]] and his girlfriend, Esme, become an extreme and ridiculous version of this in The Grim Grotto. Working on perfecting their evil laughs, they ended up with things like "Ha ha heepa heepa ho!" "Tee hee terrycloth!" "Giggle giggle glandular problems!

* Varys from ''ASongOfIceAndFire'', [[spoiler:who may very well not be a villain at all.]]

* Even though [[GodIsEvil whether or not he can actually be considered a villain]] is arguable, [[spoiler:Joshua]] in ''VideoGame/TheWorldEndsWithYou'' is [[spoiler:[[ManBehindTheMan the true antagonist]] of the game]] and spends a lot of his time giggling playfully.

*** His sister Alexia as well, though she tends to extend it into a full-blown [[EvilLaugh Evil]] NoblewomansLaugh [[spoiler: as does Alfred himself when dressed as her]]. In ''Darkside Chronicles'', she may even be a bigger one than Alfred.

* Long since driven completely insane by his own powers, Nicholas Wrightson of ''VideoGame/PsiOpsTheMindgateConspiracy'' has a nasty habit of giggling madly- often [[PeoplePuppets through other people's lips.]]

Most people thought it just sounded stupid until they [[FridgeHorror realized]] that he was really putting this trope into play.

* King Ghidorah from ''Series/{{Godzilla}}'' makes some weird chirping sound that is actually this.

* Mistress Glenda Lee, retainer of Monster Pain in the World Wrestling League. Relatively deep voice, very high pitched giggle.[[/folder]]

* Dr. Horrible in ''DrHorriblesSingAlongBlog'' actively practices his "evil laugh" (with a vocal coach, no less) to avert this and develop something manly-sounding that people will take seriously.
