Added DiffLines:

* DarthWiki/DarthVader of Franchise/StarWars fame is a DarkLordOnLifeSupport, and also fond of accompanying his trademark PsychicStrangle with a BondOneLiner or other witty remark:
-->I find your lack of faith disturbing.\\
Apology accepted, Captain Needa.\\

Added DiffLines:

* Josie Deveraux, the pilot of S.S.Beatrix, manages superb levels of acidic, belligerent snark while being mute. She mostly uses a small chalkboard.

Added DiffLines:

* Creator/PeterDinklage's character in Film/LivingInOblivion gets a memorably snarky monologue mocking the LittlePeopleAreSurreal trope. Likewise in Film/Elf: "CALL ME ELF ONE MORE TIME!"

Added DiffLines:

* Riki, the protagonist of VisualNovel/LittleBusters who has narcolepsy, is a downplayed example in the sense that he's mostly a FirstPersonSmartass. However, he will be more vocal with his snarkiness towards those he knows can take it like Masato and Kurugaya.

** A good part of HGamePOVCharacter Hisao's inner narration is sprinkled with sarcasm and irony, specially when he's dealing with Kenji.

** The deafmute StudentcouncilPresident Shizune falls here. Hisao wonders whether she had difficulty learning the concept of sarcasm without the ability to sense tone, but it's clear she eventually mastered it.

* A lot of handicapped people are this way in real life as a response to how non-disabled people treat them (intentionally or not), either as coping mechanism towards genuinely discriminating/dehumanizing/degrading/etc. behavior or as a reaction to non-disabled people reducing them solely to their disabilities. This can sometimes lead to DisabilityAsAnExcuseForJerkassery, but everyone has bad days. Or, heck, maybe they're snarky people who just happen to be disabled on the side.
