* In SailorMoon both Usagi and Chibi Usa express fear of the dentist because they describe the only dentist in town as this trope. They are more then happy to run off to the new, fun dentist in town only to have it turn out to be a trap by the Amazon Quartet.

* ''WarhammerFantasyRoleplay'' had, in its first edition, an adventure called "Enemy Within". The BigBad was called "Zahnarzt", which is the german word for 'dentist'. Sadly he wasn't one, but the name cannot be anything other than intentional.
