A once-common {{wipe}} used for {{Scene Transition}}s, the BodyWipe is an {{In Camera Effect|s}} when the camera zooms in on a person to the point of that person obscuring the whole screen before the film cuts to somewhere else. The faster the person goes, the more intimidating this can be to the audience, since it feels like the character is running (or falling, where it may feel like CameraAbuse) out of the screen.

A SuperTrope to EatTheCamera, in which the screen fills up with someone's mouth. Not to be confused with any BathroomTropes.
