* Pia and Vico, and potentially the Princess and Vico, in A Dance with Rogues.

* This is the general consensus in the Touhou fandom as to Marisa and Alice's relationship, with Marisa being the kleptomaniacal, master spark-happy jerk and Alice being the haughty, dismissive tsundere. Less common though still present is the portrayal of Kaguya and Mokou this way, with insults and snark substituted with repeatedly killing each other (don't worry, they're both Immortality immortal).

** SquishyWizard and HotLibrarian Patchouli Knowledge also has a similar relationship with Marisa. Marisa is a flippant jerk and KleptomaniacHero, who generally refers to Patchouli's attempts at AwesomenessByAnalysis as "worthless", and prefers CuttingTheKnot, while Patchouli is a DeadpanSnarker version of a tsundere with far more "tsun" than "dere".

Actually come to think of it, that's not really an example of the trope.

* NeonGenesisEvangelion: Asuka Langley Tsundere Soryu and Shinji Ikari. EveryoneCanSeeIt. Even TOJI can see it: Asuka starts chewing out Shinji for not bringing their lunches, while he tries to get his side in. Toji tosses off a remark that they're arguing LikeAnOldMarriedCouple. Cue double LuminescentBlush (they HAD kissed not many days earlier), then simultaneous denial in perfect stereo. But due to their personality problems, neither can actually tell the other, leading to... well, . Luckily, many fanfiction authors go out of their way to fix these problems, ignoring the fact that NeonGenesisEvangelion is BASED on said problems.

** This troper found Misato and Kaji to be a much more clear example of this trope. Misato definitely becomes a Tsundere whenever Kaji is around, and Kaji even has a couple of Jerkass qualities.(Remember episode 8? He flies off and leaves everyone else to fend for themselves against an Angel.)

* An example of OlderThanYouThink, Donald and Daisy Duck, depending on the writer. Donald can be a Jerkass at times, even with his gold-hearted moments, but Daisy is definitely a Tsundere. Newer cartoons tend to reinterprete Daisy as a borderline Cloudcuckoolander instead. KingdomHearts, thankfully, does not.

Okay, so Daniel isn't what you'd call a Jerk with a Heart of Gold usually, but Vala did seem to be able to annoy him in a way that no-one else quite could, leading to many arguments over the series.
