* PoliceAreUseless: In the anime, when Youta is getting strangled by the gang leader he hired and subsequently insulted during arrest, the police just stand by and don't even try to tackle the Red Ogre's leader. Yuuya is the one who has to save Youta and even when the leader attempts to attack Yuuya, the police still stand by doing nothing while Yuuya is the one stops the man on his tracks with a DeathGlare. The novel [[HandWave hand waves it]] with the narration stating that the officers were too busy restraining the rest of the gang so they wouldn't escape, hence why they couldn't intervene to save Youta.
