Examples include Ritzhardt vs Ritzhard, or Teoporon vs Theoporon, or Luluporon vs Ruruporon. Some spellings can be confirmed due to their existence in real life, such as Von Wettin (vs Von Wattin) or Revontulet (vs Levantret).
