* StoryArc: Although not seen at first in his first few playthroughs, A ongoing story arc slowly became to form chronicling SirRon's FANTASTIC travels! After his adventures with X, He bids his friend farewell after remembering he promised Link that He would go foward into time to see his his history. However, He ends up in the world of Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers instead. But he succeeds the second time around and ends up in Ocarina of Time. He then travels to the world of Super Mario World: The Cookie Crisis and finally makes it there. Meeting with Super Mario 16-bit. At the end of their journey, They go to Happy Koopa Airways with Mulan Moulin to reach The Land of Kaizo. However they end up suffering a crash-landing and they get separated. Ron and Super Mario 16-bit are to reunite but they have to traverse the Land of Kaizo 2 and make it to the end and while they are at the Ghost Ship, They run into Mulan Moulin alive and well. After their adventures, Sir Ron wanders into the crossfire of Contra III: The Alien Wars while trying to reach the world of Final Fantasy IV and reunite with Cecil and ends up teaming up with Bill Rizer (also known by Ron as the "Contraman") to repel the evil alien threat. The troubles don't end there for Sir Ron as he's once again stumbled into another situation. While he was parachuting, He ended up landing on Samus' gunship and ended up partnering with Samus as he lived on the Space Colony Ceres for a unknown period of time until the events of Super Metroid began. After the destruction of Zebes, Sir Ron has Samus fly into the world of Final Fantasy IV and pursue the Red Baron Airships so Ron could land on them. Samus ended up pushing off Ron (with Ron speculating that it may have been because the Contraman and him killed Ridley's brother and forced Ridley to come after him and Samus) and states that he had previously been to this world before the events of the game with Cecil backing up the claim. Multiple episodes later, the evil threat of Zeromus is no more and Sir Ron goes off with his HEAVY METAL MOTORCYCLE OF THE FUTURE! but it ends up fumbling with it in Episode I of ''VideoGame/FinalFantasyVIII''. In Episode II, He has made it to the correct time period but ends up being forcibly taken through time by his HEAVY METAL MOTORCYCLE OF THE FUTURE and is unable to reach his destination, Bahalm Garden. He finally manages to stop and ends up with Squall. This is the furthest the story goes.

He first burst onto the LP scene in ULTRA OMEGA HEAVY METAL fashion in February 2009. After taking the entirety of 2011 off, he suddenly reappeared in April 2012, and uploaded videos regularly again for about a year. Sir Ron has been inactive since early 2013 due to his computer dying, though his output had been slowing considerably prior to that. He returned late August 2014 and posted multiple commentary-free Final Fantasy Tactics videos, then disappeared ''again'' and hasn't uploaded since.

** Sir Ron also seem to have this relationship with Super Mario 16-Bit. As the LP's have continued, Super Mario 16-Bit takes increasing joy in insulting Sir Ron.

** In his Final Fantasy IV LP, he grinded 5 hours straight the moment he went out of the village in the beginning of the game by levelling Cecil and Cain to 20. Of course, he didn't record it for our convenience. And that's just the first grind.
** When WebVideo/{{Retsupurae}} did their [[http://youtu.be/YtmSY3uCUM business]] on him, they pointed out that he had, at that point, over 290 videos uploaded but less than 50 subscribers, giving him possibly the worst return-on-investment in all of Youtube.

But this is often massively averted when he's active, as tends to upload multiple videos in a single day. But whenever something takes a long time or this occurs between uploads, he will joke that that the protagonist has has been "standing there for seven-hours-and-a-half now".
** Starting with ''VideoGame/{{Braid}}'', he no longer uploads multiple videos a day (that game in particular often went over a week without updating, probably due to all the editing he had to do—see "CurseCutShort" above). The flip side of this is that individual videos are now much longer.
* SeriesHiatus: Sir Ron was busy studying or something, and he disappeared from the internet just before Christmas 2010. He didn't upload anything at all in 2011 (save for one random video that was just him rambling about nothing), and it was thought by many that he'd retired... until he suddenly reappeared in April 2012 to do an LP of ''VideoGame/SuperMarioWorld'' romhack ''Super Mario Place'' (or, as he calls it, "Place Super Mario World!").
** His LP of ''VideoGame/FinalFantasyVIII'' stopped at part 18 (when Sir Ron went offline for 16 months) and didn't get continued for a while.
** So far averted with ''VideoGame/{{Braid}}''. Sir Ron took down Part XII—itself long in coming—due to complaints about Andy The Anarchist's swearing. Over two weeks went by without any update or word, and it was thought that maybe he'd gotten fed up with LP'ing again. But he eventually reuploaded the video (with more editing) and continued the LP.
** He seems to have disappeared once more. His last upload was a video of Diablo 3 gameplay, but not a lets play of it, just a commentary-less video, and that was after a long time without uploads.
