* WesternAnimation/PepperAnn has the titular character. She’s a thoughtless and inconsiderate troublemaker who treats her family and friends poorly. If the characters are blunt enough about it, they can at least rest assured she won’t make the same mistake twice.

** Mr. Krabs has wrecked [=SpongeBob=]'s house, eaten him when he was shipped back home after a failed attempt to infiltrate Pearl's slumber party, tried to tear a guy's arm off over a penny, stole a $1.25 secret ingredient and tried to frame [=SpongeBob=] for it, and sold [=SpongeBob=]'s soul to the Flying Dutchman for 62 cents after [=SpongeBob=] stood up for him. Even Squidward, who hates [=SpongeBob=] enough to let it happen, called him out on the last one, not believing that Mr. Krabs could be THAT big of a Jerkass, and Krabs himself realizes he went too far there and throws the money back. It only gets worse as the seasons go on where Krabs does anything in his power to get money even if it involves causing extreme misfortune for others ("The Krabby Kronicle" and "The Krusty Sponge" are prime examples of this) and let's not even get started on what Krabs does to Plankton in the later seasons. For the most part, the callousness of Mr Krabs's and everyone else's character (everyone is a Jerkass at times) is a case of DependingOnTheWriter; they can shift back to their more likable early characterizations at times, though when they play this trope, they play it very straight. For example, in "SpongeBob, You're Fired", he fired [=SpongeBob=] (who's his best employee) because it would save him 5 cents.

* WesternAnimation/BobsBurgers:
** Jimmy Pesto, Bob's business rival and the owner of a pizzeria where his food is subpar at best. He's not really shown to have any redeeming qualities. Along with antagonizing Bob, he is generally shown to be a bad person. In fact in "The Oeder Games", he was still considering throwing a balloon at Bob (doing so would hike up the latter's rent by $50), but had to be forced by the mob to do so.
** Hugo, the health inspector, never misses an opportunity to make Bob's life difficult, either by nitpicking every slight mistake Bob makes, or just being plain rude. Hugo's feelings for Linda cause him to constantly antagonize Bob even when he's done nothing to him (and didn't even know who he was until the pilot episode). And even if his decisions can cause Linda to suffer as well, he doesn't care.

%%** Arthur's little sister D.W., a BrattyHalfPint with a massive LackOfEmpathy even by the standards of a toddler, who constantly whines and snarks at Arthur's expense, loves to get him in trouble, torment him, manipulate him for her own gain, and generally make life difficult for him, and has a NeverMyFault mentality. Even when she's not bothering Arthur, she tends to be selfish, rude and bossy to other people, and can even be borderline sociopathic from time to time. That being said, she is not without her fair share of redeemable moments.

* WesternAnimation/TalesFromTheCryptkeeper: The hunter from the episode "Hunted". He openly admits to the English-speaking Amazonian native that he will use the animals he captured to make fur coats, rugs and fancy appetizers and not take them to a zoo as the boy hoped. The hunter tries to justify his actions by claiming his people also hunt the animals for food, but the boy retorts that they only hunt the animals for as much as they need. He also lets the hunter know that they are not as numerous as he believes and the ones he captured may even be the last of their species. Hunter's response? "Then all the better. The rarer they are the higher the price." Wow, what a total shithead. Luckily he gets his at the end of the episode.

** A few other side characters, like Bubble Bass from the episode, "Pickles" where he makes [=SpongeBob=] think he forgot to put pickles on his Krabby Patty, thus getting a refund from Mr. Krabs, and breaking [=SpongeBob=]. Also in "Move Your Bubble Bass" where he tricks [=Spongebob=] and Patrick into moving all of his possessions out of his mother's house by promising them lunch in return, and for no other reason then because he's too lazy to move his stuff himself.
** Kevin C. Cucumber from the episode, "I'm Your Biggest Fanatic"; he's the leader of the Jelly Spotters, a group of jellyfish enthaustists, and he looks down on [=SpongeBob=], even asking him to perform some "tests", because he wants to see [=SpongeBob=] hurt himself.

* WesternAnimation/TheMagicSchoolBus: Arnold's cousin Janet. In the few episodes she appears in, she nearly gets the class stuck in space, turns the whole class against Phoebe, uses her cousin for personal gain, sabotages a class project, purposefully buys a star just so Dorothy-Ann can't get it, and nearly destroys a swamp. She's also just a generally mean person.
