Imagine a female version of [[WesternAnimation/SouthPark Eric Cartman...]] She is, believe it or not, far more nasty and vile, to the point halfway through her ''sole'' episode she begins running out of insults and has trouble coming up with hurtful things to say.

** D.W.'s Cousin Cora from the episode "D.W. Thinks Big" makes D.W. look like a saint in comparison. She's a SpoiledBrat who constantly bullies D.W. by taking her personal belongings away, takes D.W.'s bed for herself while making her sleep on the floor, and [[NeverMyFault gets her blamed for something that was her own fault]]. She was [[DeliberatelyBadExample deliberately written like this to make D.W. seem good in comparison]].

** Zhao is an insufferable SmugSnake who taunts someone in the cruelest ways possible in each of his appearances. Oh, and [[spoiler:he [[DidYouJustPunchOutCthulhu killed the moon.]]]] Guess what happens no less than [[KarmicDeath five minutes]] [[AssholeVictim later...]]
** Hahn of the Northern Water Tribe an incompetent GloryHound who is only interested in the Northern Water Tribe Princess, Yue for the political perks.
* ''WesternAnimation/BatmanTheAnimatedSeries'': Detective Bullock seemed rough around the edges, and his main claim to fame was merely distrusting Batman. Then he got his DayInTheLimelight and spent it proving that he was nothing short of an ''asshole''. A reporter offered him help figuring out who tried to kill him, but had work to do and asked him to wait a half hour before she showed him whatever he needed to see. Bullock decides to [[KickTheDog break into her office and dig through the files like a burglar]] instead of just waiting like he agreed to. It's even because of his obnoxious behaviour (and not, as he thought, by simply being a cop) that his life gets targeted ([[spoiler his landlord couldn't stand him anymore]]) but he gains some sympathy by being genuinely thankful to Batman for saving his life despite his strong dislike for him. So yeah, it's hard to earn his respect but if you do, he's at least tolerable: just ask Montoya, Gordon and his daughter who he is [[JerkWithAHeartOfGold downright nice to]].

** Brainy Smurf is an InsufferableGenius who makes Vanity Smurf's existence redundant and has almost destroyed the village more than once.

** The title characters are obnoxious jerks who like to cause chaos and mischief [[ItAmusedMe for their own amusement]], especially Butthead, due to his consistent tormenting and abuse of Beavis.

** Muddy and Dallas Grimes, two criminals who try to use Beavis and Butthead to blow up the White House.
** Principal [=McVicker=] often goes beyond reason when dealing with troubled students such as sending death threats and he even fired [[ReasonableAuthorityFigure Mr. Van Dreissen]] when he tried to report him to the schoolboard district for filling in Beavis' standardized test for him to cheat them for a pension.

** Stan Smith is a ''huge'' jerkass right from the get-go. Among Stan's crueler [[EvilPlan schemes]] include framing his wife for murder so she wouldn't tell him "I told you so", turning an atheist neighbor's life into a living hell all to get him to convert to Christianity, concocting an elaborate revenge plan against a car salesman, which results in the family almost going broke (and Hayley being forced into prostitution to get money for them) and evicting the entirety of the neighborhood so they wouldn't make fun of him.
** Roger enacts plans to severely traumatize people or destroy their lives, [[DisproportionateRetribution for the most trivial reasons or infractions]], [[KarmaHoudiniWarranty only occasionally being punished for it]]. In fact his LackOfEmpathy is played to such extremes that when he first cared for someone more than himself the trauma caused [[FunnySchizophrenia a split personality to develop]] (said personality being far more sympathetic than his own). Roger may get extra notice for this trope since while Stan and Hayley are at least in their own mindset [[WellIntentionedExtremist working for a greater good and actually helping others by enforcing their viewpoints onto them]], Roger is rather consistently committing callous acts [[ItsAllAboutMe for his own self-gain]] or sometimes [[ItAmusedMe simply for the amusement of it all]]. DependingOnTheWriter his actions can lean him more into FauxAffablyEvil territory. In the episode "Frannie 911" [[FreudianExcuse it's revealed]] [[LiteralMetaphor that it actually would]] ''[[LiteralMetaphor kill]]'' [[LiteralMetaphor him to be nice]]. His species has to let their "bitchiness" out on a frequent basis, otherwise their health declines dramatically and their bodies shrivel and die.

** Sterling Archer is a perfect example of this, as he is completely unrepentant, self-centered and rude to every other character on the show.

** Fire Lord Ozai is easily the biggest jerk on the show. He's a genocidal, tyrannical bully who has no problem [[AbusiveParents manipulating and abusing his two children]], especially [[TheUnfavorite Zuko]]. And while he prefers [[DaddysLittleVillain Azula]], he never gave her any real love and is the main influence for Azula's cruelty.

** [[VillainProtagonist Zim]] himself isn't exactly the nicest guy, either. He refuses to admit when he's wrong, has a very short temper and [[ItMakesSenseInContext and once used rubber piggies to kill]] [[HeroAntagonist Dib]]. [[LaughablyEvil This doesn't make him any less entertaining to watch]].

** Rick Sanchez is often seen as a man who is selfish and willing to cause destruction for his own self-benefit. He is a bad influence on his grandson Morty and is willing to slap an innocent alien in the face and make that alien cry for no reason at all, which is exactly what he did in the pilot episode. His criminal record is vast, with it consisting of him enjoying watching people kill each other for his amusement, putting an entire dimension into an apocalypse and refusing to fix it all while creating a replacement dimension for him and Morty to move into all because he was too lazy to fix the situation.
** Beth Smith, in addition to the contemptuous tone of voice she sometimes uses for her kids, really held the JerkassBall in "Pickle Rick" when she and Rick [[spoiler: mock family therapy as useless and ignore the kids to make plans for drinks at Shoney's]]. Jerry also clearly sees her as the Alpha Bitch and pants-wearer in their marriage, as seen in "Big Trouble in Little Sanchez" [[spoiler: where Jerry's projection of how he thinks about her is a vicious monster which looks like a cross between a scorpion and the xenomorph from the ''Film/{{Alien}}'' movies.]]

** [[GodSaveUsFromTheQueen Yellow Diamond]] is this, being a BadBoss who is very prone to DisproportionateRetribution. Though she does have quite a few PetTheDog moments. [[spoiler:She eventually [[TookALevelInKindness takes a level in kindness]].]]

** The Ganggreen Gang, a group of [[TeensAreMonsters green-skinned teenagers]] who cause all sorts of mischief and

** Almost ''every'' antagonist is a jerk to some extent. Some examples include [[DomesticAbuse Mad Dog]], [[SerialKiller Katz]], [[AbusiveParents Eustace's mother]] and [[AlwaysSomeoneBetter brother]], [[BitchInSheepsClothing The Precious Lovable Adorable Ducking]], and [[InsufferableGenius Di Lung]].
** Speaking of Di Lung, the things that he does when he gets "main/major villain" roles in episodes make even Eustace seem like an absolute ''saint'' when compared to him ([[HumanSacrifice removing Muriel's bones]] and [[LaughingMad psychotically laughing]] while doing so, attempting to Main/ColonyDrop a satellite onto Courage's house just for the Hell of it, [[BadPeopleAbuseAnimals performing utterly horrific mutation experiments on Courage and using Mecha-Courage to beat the poor dog quite-nearly to]] ''[[BadPeopleAbuseAnimals death]]'', [[EvilIsPetty kicking Courage into a gastrointestinal sewer just for the Hell of it]]...need we go on?).

** The Red Guy, who spends most of his time harassing Cow and Chicken, and also Baboon and Weasel. His biggest moment is in the episode, "Dirty Laundry" where he forces Chicken to spread lies about the others, such as putting rats in the school lunch, and giving Flem and Earl female middle names, which he knows is illegal, but does it anyways with no regard for what happens to them. Given [[{{Satan}} who he is]], this is to be expected.

** [[MadScientist Mojo Jojo]], [[HairTriggerTemper Fuzzy Lumpkins]], [[TeensAreMonsters the Ganggreen Gang]], [[{{Satan}} Him]], [[BitchInSheepsClothing Sedusa]], and a few other villains count.

** [[AlphaBitch Pretty]] also counts as one. She spends half an episode torturing Kaeloo, who is overly conscious about her body, by making fun of her looks. When Stumpy [[SecurityCling jumps into her arms]] after he thinks he saw a rattlesnake, she throws him on the floor and wipes her feet on him. And she rejoices when the main four are presumed dead in one episode.

* In ''Grisley-City'' '''''almost all''''' the characters are jerks, given [[BlackComedy the genre of the work]] and [[BlackAndGreyMorality her morality]]:
** Edward Thompson is the '''hugest''' jerkass in the universe of series. Evil, cruel, corrupted, self centered, unemphathetic SpoiledBrat and VillainProtagonist, which ranges from a NominalHero and a HeroicComedicSociopath to TheUnfettered, {{sadist}}ic {{sociopath}}, he has absolutely no moral decency. There is ''not a single'' act of this bastard that would be committed with good intentions. '''''Not one'''''. Only his ComedicSociopathy and [[LaughablyEvil comicality]] share him with status of CompleteMonster.
** Mr Blotesgown the most jerkous teacher at the Grisley-City Elementary School, who, although often is just {{apathetic|teacher}} and [[CloudCuckooLander absent-minded]], but for whose perverted or criminal actions often got as from other jerkass others, and from the main characters (but much, much less often). Also, as the mayor of Grisley City, since season 26, he wanted to attack Polit-City only to sign a contract with Satan and arrange pogroms there.
** Three criminals (SerialKiller and brutal TortureTechnician Diego Travis, AmoralAttorney Michael Damsden and slut Alice Bradsway) from the "Triad of Messengers of Ultimate Evil" have not only achieved the status of {{Complete Monster}}s, but they are also very big and creepy jerks (but more pragmatic than Edward).
** Claude Tyler is {{bully}}, prone to [[FlippingTheBird flippes anyone off]], Lau Umbridge is a foul-mouthed girl, calling names and sometimes attacking other boys, the evil side of Jacob Jordan, and in general the rest of the class of the main characters.
** Everyone of sixth graders.
** Mayor of Grisley-City Jack [=McDarvin=] is an outspoken BitchInSheepsClothing.
** Parents (in later seasons) and Trevor's older sister Madison, Kreicher's mother is Margaret, as well as the parents of Taylor, Claude, Greg and almost all the other children.
** The main characters themselves (Trevor in absolutely the least degree) are selfish, rude, self-willed, when Edward is not BigBad or absent from the series. And since there are extremely, extremely few series where he is absent, then this is not too evident in them.

** [[MadScientifict Mojo Jojo]] [[HairTriggerTemper Fuzzy Lumpkins]], [[TeensAreMonsters the Ganggreen Gang]], [[{{Satan}} Him]], [[BitchInSheepsClothing Sedusa]], and a few other villains count.

* ''WesternAnimation/PepperAnn'' has the titular character. She’s a thoughtless and inconsiderate troublemaker who treats her family and friends poorly. If the characters are blunt enough about it, they can at least rest assured she won’t make the same mistake twice.

* Gruffi the literal GrumpyBear in ''WesternAnimation/AdventuresOfTheGummiBears'': He's mean to all the characters in different variations. He mistreats Zummi because he's old and/or [[MagicMisfire clumsy using magic]] (even though his spells save the day more than once), he insults Grammi's cooking in her face and at least once because she's a woman/housewife, he opposes basically every idea any of the cubs have with no other reason that they are kids, he mistreats Tummi because he's fat or because he's very measured and childish for his age and considers his love for boats a waste of time to the point of once ''trying to chop down'' the boat that Tummi made until Tummi begs him not to, he mistreats Gusto for the opposite; for being too hasty and considering him useless for being an artist and often call his works garbage, and is by far the [[FantasticRacism most prejudiced toward humans]]. At some point Gruffi turns into a plot device for the other characters to feel bad about themselves at the beginning of the episode and then having their own self-esteem restore when they accomplish something and prove him wrong; in other words, he's an obstacle for the rest of the characters to surpass. You have to wonder why they keep him around. Though in his defense [[JerkWithAHeartOfGold he does show remorse for his actions sometimes.]]

** Edward. He is a pessimistic, arrogant, and short-tempered fellow, who unlike most ButtMonkey GrumpyBear characters openly goes out to torment other campers (usually Lazlo, Samson, or the Squirrel Scouts). [[FreudianExcuse Some episodes imply though that this bullying is caused by how his]] [[BigBrotherBully older brothers]] [[FreudianExcuse do this to him on a regular basis]].

** Princess is this ''and'' a SpoiledBrat taken UpToEleven. She has a disturbing LackOfEmpathy for a kindergarten-aged girl, throws temper tantrums to her "daddy" when she doesn't get her way and when someone says "no" to her, and doesn't hesitate to step on people to get what she wants, and then she wonders why she is never allowed to be a Powerpuff Girl.
