No one can seem to mention Mordecai's defection without bringing up that he "kneecapped Viktor on his way out the door" (no metaphor, that's what actually happened), and Mordecai himself admits that he only did so because [[CrazyJealousGuy Viktor refused to go with him]]. A flashback in a side comic also has Mordecai, [[CantHoldHisLiquor three sheets to the wind]], start ranting about his "friend" Viktor's positive attributes. Interestingly enough, the first and only coherent thought we get from him is about Viktor's physical build before he realizes he's too drunk to take the concept any further and simply settles for calling him "great". Viktor, for his part, is silently scooting away from him at the bar, embarrassed but notably not actually doing anything to shut him up[[note]]If it had been Rocky who was drunk, Viktor no doubt would've decked him by this point[[/note]].

* ''Webcomic/{{Monsterful}}'' has Topaz Gem and Samantha Thing, two 19 years old sexy Monsters, with Topaz taking a "dominant" role in their relationship as seen on [[http://www.monsterful.com/chapter16page03.php this page]] for example. However it's stated that they're [[spoiler:just [[RomanticTwoGirlFriendship very close friends]], and Topaz just loves to play]] with Samantha in that way.

** Robyn has a fling with the policewoman who originally was sent out to arrest her. Robyn is seen duly "arrested" with one wrist cuffed to the bed-head. She also has UST with bandmate Lorraine and kisses her once.
** How far can a man, temporarily trapped in a female body, be said to be lesbian if he/she takes two girls to bed? Bud/Budette fails to devote much angst to this intriguing philosophical conundrum and beds the two girls anyway.

** There was a hilarious bit where Black Belt faced a tentacle monster, was convinced he saw a penis, and then protested to White Mage throughout the next strip that he wasn't gay; he only thought he saw [[GagPenis THAT]], not that he's obsessed with phallic imagery or anything.
** Red Mage and Dragoon are [[JustForPun Sects Buddies]].

** Pheobe Bradley, a girl whose sexuality was often left ambiguous and played around with. She had a lot of very close moments with her good friend Ceilidh, which eventually culminated into a LastMinuteHookup in the text-based epilogue posted after a long hiatus.

* Despite the opposite-gender partnerships flying back and forth during the plot of ''Webcomic/BittersweetCandyBowl'', there's a tiny hint of this between Mike and Paulo. ** Ryan and Alex.... Just Ryan and Alex, what with what he did twice in the presence of Ryan. Even the cat agrees.

* In ''Webcomic/CollegeRoomiesFromHell'', Roger walks in on a number of apparent Ho Yay moments between Mike and Dave. Mike has kissed Dave, and there's an arc where they pretended to be dating.
* BLU Scout in ''Webcomic/CuantaVida'' seemed much more upset that [[http://tf2.skyscrapersoup.com/?p=102 BLU Spy wasn't gay]] than the whole "developing an escape plan with members of the RED team" business. ** The bonus comic ''[[{{Fanservice}} Breasts Are the Best]]'' is unrelenting in its LesYay. It's explicitly invoked given the [[HotterAndSexier nature]] of the comic; some of the pairings are either hinted at or canonical in other comics [[labelnote: example]]Such as Tiggs and Vixy, Alejandra and Tootsie[[/labelnote]], and other times they're an entirely new setup only seen in this comic [[labelnote: example]]Rachel and Taffy, Joy and Ayah, Ambar with anyone [[/labelnote]].

** Emil and Lalli are building up quite the track record:
*** For starters, they are constantly enjoying each other's company [[LanguageOfLove despite not sharing any language]] and Lalli not exactly being a people person.
*** Lalli seems to not really like being touched, especially if he doesn't know the person, but seems to give Emil at least the leeway he gives his own family members after less than two days of knowing him.
*** Emil will panic and ask Sigrun to help him if he gets attacked by a troll. Lalli (who's incidentally much more experienced than him) may be in danger? Sigrun has to physically restrain Emil from going into an impulse rescue.
*** They get a SleepCute panel after their first mission together.
*** Emil was once seen helping Mikkel give Lalli a bath after the latter came back from scouting particularly dirty, and was the one doing the actual scrubbing.
*** Emil once lent Lalli his uniform jacket to use as a blanket while Lalli's own was being washed. When Emil tried to get it back from Lalli, there was an actual tug-of-war for it, to the point that Emil ended up promising him he could have it back later.
*** Lalli's dream of what he'd like to wake up from his DeepSleep to includes getting woken up by Emil. Lalli actually has a family member in the crew. Emil happened to be outside when Lalli actually woke up, but the dream would have been spot-on about Emil being at Lalli's bedside if he had woken up at various earlier moments.
*** When Reynir entered the room in which Lalli was with the intent to yell at him, Emil happened to be in the room also and asked Reynir to leave during the few moments during which he just stood there staring at Lalli, giving off the impression that he ''really'' wanted to be alone with Lalli. After Reynir grabbed Lalli by his shirt at yelled at him, Emil punched Reynir in the face despite the fact that Lalli had already taken care of things via ManBitesMan, and after doing it had a look on his face suggesting that the punch was an uncontrolled reflex.
*** The two of them end up SharingABody at some point in the story.
** Reynir and Onni. The circumstances of their first meeting have left Reynir with quite a lot of admiration for Onni, which sometimes makes him act like a schoolgirl with a crush on an upperclassman around him (including asking Onni if he remembers him each time he talks with him).
*** In Chapter 10, Reynir somehow manages to call Onni for help via the mage-space ''while the latter is wide awake and in the middle of a task''. One usually has to either fall asleep or make some kind of effort to access the mage-space, Reynir is supposed to be an extremely weak mage and their only other previous interaction at that point of the story was their first meeting.
*** Chapter 14 gave us a scene where Reynir finds an owl in Onni's protected area and starts petting it, thinking it's Onni's luonto. It turns out to be Onni himself, whose first instinct is to angrily ask Reynir what he thinks he's doing.
