* Crowler's concern for Jaden's well being after he wakes up from being the Supreme King shows how much his view of Jaden has changed, going from outright despising him in S1 to being visibly worried whenever he sees Jaden struggling in S3.

* Pegasus forgiving Franz, after his duel with Jaden. Pegasus tells Franz that a defeat can humble a person and that humility is a great trait for a Card Designer. He backs it up, with remembering his own defeat against Yugi. While Franz can hardly believe the meaning of his words, Pegasus simply smiles and says that he is already looking forward to Franz next card.
* In the duel mentioned above this, Jaden first goes to Franz with only Pegasus, but when his friends notice the duel from the Slifer Red Dorm, Hassleberry does not hesitate to go to the side of it to support Jaden. When Chumley tries to warm him about the danger, Hassleberry simply point-blank tells him that he is not going to leave Jaden behind.

* After refusing to use the Fusion card due to all his sins as The Supreme King, once he draws it during his first turn against Yubel and the Advanced Crystal Beast, Judai remembers how it was a key card in all his duels and remembers Kaiser's duel against Yubel and how he used Fusion to leave an enternal shine in his legacy, Judai resolves to not let it go to waste and for the first time uses Fusion again, not only that but to Fuse Feather Man and Burst Lady, even when he remembers all that happened he still soldiers on through and resolves to remeber all the pain and suffering everyone went through, take it all in and fight. The he proudly shouts "Appear! My favorite Monster! Elemental HERO Flame Wingman!" as his monster appears.
** His usage of Super Fusion doesn't stay behind, after remebering how he was corrupted by it's power, he decides that even if he becomes evil again, he will use it in memory of the wonderful people he lost to stay true to his ideals and protect everything precious to him, then proceeds to use Super Fusion for good by fusing Neos and Rainbow Dark Dragon, cleansign it from Yubel's corruption and finally saving Johan like he's been trying to do all season.

* When Yubel keeps mocking Judai for thinking he could do good and Sho starts doubting Judai can control the Supreme King power in his thoughts, Judai smirks, re-states that his Elemental Heroes and Neo-Spacians are his friends...then states that those are not the only friends he has and looks at Sho after doing so, this gets the Doubt symbol to inmediately disappear from Sho's cheek, showing how much that meant to him.
** While non-canon, in the preview of the next episode, Sho ask Judai if he really meant that in a surprised voice, to which Judai happily replies him that they're his irreplacable friends, it goes to show how much their relationship has repaired.

** In the fianl episode preview of the series, Sho was annoyed that Judai left without saying goodbye but promptly shrugs it off and Kenzan guesses he probably is having a duel somewhere, Sho and Kenzan the say goodbye to each other while Judai caps it off by telling them he's having the duel of his life with passion he had not shown in a while.
