Despite all the squabbling the two had done, it seems that deep down, he really did love his sister and greatly regrets what he's done. Even more sweet because, although in a LooseCanon story Palpatine showed absolutely no remorse in a similar position. Apparently, even the AnthropomorphicPersonification of TheDarkSide isn't as evil as Darth Sidious.

* Continuing from the previous episode, Ahsoka continues to treat R3, nicknamed Goldie by her, with respect and defends him when he 'messes up'. Unfortunately, R3 was a traitor all along, but it seems that Ahsoka picked up her master's kindness to droids.

* Rex being all too willing to go back for Ahsoka, who had stayed behind to distract Grevious for their mission.
** A blink and you'll miss it moment, when Rex is telling Anakin about Ahsoka taking on Grevious, Denal, the only other clone trooper to survive, is seen lowering his head in respect. It's likely he thinks that she's dead and is quietly paying his respects. Thankfully, Ahsoka is one of the lucky few who survived their fight against him.

** Ahsoka probably slowed Anakin's descent to the dark side. WordOfGod says that Ahsoka's presence made Anakin reign in his more brutal tendencies because he wanted to set a good example for her. * Anakin and Ahsoka's friendship. The two start out at odds with each other, Ahsoka being a bratty teenager while Anakin doesn't know how to deal with her. But as time goes on, the two grow very attached each other. Ahsoka has full faith and UndyingLoyalty for her master, willing to follow him to the ends of the galaxy, no questions asked. On the other hand, if you so much as ''try'' to hurt Ahsoka, be prepared for Anakin's PapaWolf mode (interestingly enough, Anakin also sinks into the Dark Side more anytime Ahsoka is in danger). By the end of the season, their friendship is so strong that they are both able to sense each other in different ships while they were passing by.
