It's clear its not just about her crush anymore but she legitimately loves her friends and playing music; also the fact she would do this just for Corey.
** In general, the shared friendship between all four members of Grojband. It's really clear that getting to hang out and play music all together in their band means a lot of Corey, Laney, and Kin & Kon. In episodes where Grojband splits up (like "All You Need is Cake" and "It's in the Card"), it's always treated as a grave situation and the four members of Grojband always become miserable as a result of no longer being able to spend time with each other or play music together, with a tearful reunion between them always arriving shortly afterwards.

* Despite admitting to the groupies in "Group Hug" that he pretty much steals lyrics from Trina's diary, the groupies still love and respect Corey and the band and even kidnaps Trina so he can diary up lyrics.

** Their expressions afterwards count as well. Laney is super happy, and Corey is in a [[PostKissCatatonia lovestruck daze.]]

** And during the song, Corey looks at Laney and she gives him a small smile, then she blushes when they sing together.

* This is a subtle moment, but Corey manages Barney and Mayor Mellow to get along and during the song, the two are seeing hugging each other, with lighters on, while enjoying the song.

** Laney almost confessing to Corey. Later she tells him that playing with him has been a great pleasure and Corey smiles and says "The pleasure was mine, Lanes."
