* Riliane's concern for Kyle in ''Master of the Heavenly Yard''. She thinks he's unsafe because he's also technically a sin contractor and may be hunted by Gammon. Not only that, but they don't reunite with fighting. Now that they're made equal because of the [[spoiler: destruction of the world]], the only thing they ever get to talking about is how they both were possessed by the Demon of Pride.

* "Swear an Oath on that Bridge" is a very melancholic song with a deceptively happy tune, featuring Elluka wondering if she can change fate and stay with Arth, Anne and the other heroes after she swears her oath. Both the melody and subject matter make Elluka seem very human and loving, despite her attempts at downplaying it.

Again goal is to NOT add translation quotes, especially if you're going to misremember how they go. The entry is complete, adding lyrics is just wordcruft.

* There are two such moments in "A Hero's Armor is Always Crimson". The first is an adorable seven-year old Germaine wielding a small sword and stepping out in front of Leonhart to protect him from Abyss and the Espionage Task Force despite being obviously outmatched. The second is Leonhart, [[spoiler: who had only spared her with the intention of using her later due to her blood relations]], being so moved by her love for him that he protects her [[spoiler: instead of handing her over like he was going to]], deciding to become her father for real.

* Heartwarming/WiegenliedOfGreen

** The novels show the way the two of them become friends over time as well; even though all the other nuns gave up on Riliane because of her spoiled and bratty personality, Clarith kept trying to [[DefrostingIceQueen breach her haughty exterior]] because she knew what it was like to be without friends.
** There's also how the two later went into the Millennium Tree Forest and [[spoiler: planted Michaela]] while (unknowingly) under Held's watchful eye.

** Speaking of Michaela and Clarith, their [[spoiler: reunion and final declaration of love]] in the novels.

* A really, really [[NightmareFuel disturbing]] one in the ''Evil Food Eater Conchita'' novel. [[spoiler: The reason Conchita ate herself? She ate herself rather than eating her child.]]
** Less nightmare-fuel; in "Waltz of Evil," mothy stated in an interview that Banica and her servants became friends when they found her and cheered her up right after her mother's death.
** Banica's relationship with Carlos, before it got [[MurderSuicide worse]], was sweet to see in such a horrifying novel.
** And in "Drug of Gold", we get to see Carlos' view on [[spoiler:being eaten]]. It's as adorable as it is creepy.

* In the Sloth novel it was revealed that Clarith found and raised a child who was also from the Netsuma Clan... And she named him after [[DeadGuyJunior Ayn]].
** The Sloth novel talks more about the monastic order Clarith founded after the Story of Evil, the Sisters of Clarith. They're an order that, works to end discrimination and take care of orphans so no one else will have to suffer like Clarith and other Netsumas did, and they work hard to protect the New Millennium Tree, i.e. Michaela.
*** Clarith even wrote this discourse about the New Millennium Tree: "The Millennium Tree was something sacred for many people. That holy tree should protect all humanity, not only those of the Held sect. She is a God worthy of our reverence, our treasured friend, and our dearest lover." D'awww.

* In the Sloth novel is the scene between Hob and Heidemarie, when the former had come to save the latter and her sister from [[spoiler:being locked up for a murder she didn't commit.]] Despite all their issues with each other, seeing that Hob is on her side after all is one of the few things that has ever made Heide smile.
** There's a sweet moment between two minor characters; the anonymous coachman who carries the protagonists back and forth through the story is worried sick about his mother, who's one of the people quarantined in the Gift-ridden Toragay. When they check Blankenheim Manor and find a group of survivors huddled inside, his mother makes it through the crowd to greet them--he immediately runs to hug her and starts crying at her feet, saying how worried he'd been. She starts chastising him for [[MenDontCry being a grown man crying,]] but the whole time she [[SandInMyEyes tries to hold back tears too.]]
** In the Bonus story we learn a little bit more about Bruno Marlon's past, or rather [[spoiler:Caspar's real father, Kaidor, pretending to be Bruno.]] He may be an unrepentant criminal, but he really cares about [[spoiler:Caspar. He only stole Bruno's appearance and life to protect Caspar from others finding out they're related, and the only regret he has about leaving his old life behind is leaving his son behind with it.]] That's a lot of feeling from a hardened killer.
