* "Shnitzel Quits": Mung is trying to convince Shnitzel to return to his catering business, promising him things like more days off and big raises, when Chowder offers him a mold-filled cup. The mold-filled cup is actually pudding cup--according to Chowder, that particular pudding cup was the first dish Chowder and Shnitzel ever made together, but Chowder had saved it instead of eating it because it means a lot to him. Though Shnitzel's obviously grossed by the cup, he's also very touched that Chowder had saved it for so long that he ends up eating the whole thing (but then he becomes violently ill afterwards and has to get his stomach pumped, but it's the thought that counts, right?).
* The ending of "Hey, Hey, it's Knishmas" is definitely enough to bring a tear to someone's eye. Particularly the part where Gorgonzola cries because of how nice Chowder is and the part where Chowder actually [[spoiler:kisses Panini!]]

* "Chowder's Babysitter" had a rather heartwarming opening given how it ended up. Given that Chowder was so excited to see that it was Gazpatcho as his baby sitter, it was kinda cute seeing him that excited for something that mundane.

* Schnitzel's part in the theme song is a surprise example. After years of hearing him sing "Radda radda radda radda radda radda" and being frustrated, fans learned through the sing-along that it translates to "you share a big piece with everyone". The theme song is basically a sappy tune about sharing.
* "The Bruised Bluenana" is about to end with Panini crying, so Chowder gives her a hug (before running away).
* "Chowder Grows Up." The finale explains [[spoiler:everyone's happy endings. Mung and Truffles get to retire on the beach, Shnitzel and Endive end up together, Gazpacho lives his dream of being a comedian/fruit vendor, Gorgonzola happily rivals Chowder (though said happiness vanishes since Chowder isn't envious of Gorgonzola's accomplishments, which annoys Gorgonzola), and Chowder grows up to take over the Catering Company, where he becomes a mentor to young Scraps and marries Panini, having 50 kids.]] It's a sweet ending about growing up to help others.
* Small but in the episode "Big Ball" when Mung asks Chowder to go on the field and do what he does best, Chowder comedically misses the point and says it’s dancing only for Mung to say “no your second best thing”. Wouldn’t that mean Mung actually agreed that Chowder was good at dancing?

** Note how drastically Chowder's relationship with Panini improves when he returns her long-unrequited affections. When the two are about to kiss, Chowder's younger self interrupts and loudly declares he rejects this future, only for Panini's younger self to show up and chase after him. Chowder and Panini happily reminisce as they watch their younger selves.
-->'''Chowder:''' [watching their younger selves] Man, we were cute kids.\\
'''Panini:''' Yeah...\\
'''Chowder:''' But seriously. No more babies, okay?

* In "The Prank," Endive seems to unintentionally kill Mung with her titular annual prank (Mung was fine; he faked his death as part of a revenge prank, even revealing as much to Endive in person at the end). Distraught but unwilling to face justice, she opts to leave Marzipan on a plane, under the impression that her life is in shambles. Once she boards, she lists off the things she's lost; the way she places emphasis on "My apprentice" says losing Panini was a greater loss to her then her reputation. Considering the kind of person Endive is, that says a lot.

* Schnitzel's part in the theme song is a surprise example. After years of hearing him sing "Radda radda radda radda radda radda" and being frustrated, fans learned through the sing-along that it translates to "you share a big piece with everyone". The theme song is basically a sappy tune about sharing.
