As long as the bank kept bringing in money to the family there would be enough in the accounts that no payments would be missed. And keep in mind this is a Japanese school. Students are expected to be fairly self sufficient, and parent teacher conferences really arent much of a thing except in cases of a student getting in trouble. And since Yuno was an apparently popular, straight A student with no apparent issues since no one knew about her stalking Yuki, the teacher would have no reason to call her parents in for anything. In any case, email again would suffice if the parents did need to be communicated with. With Yuno, again, pretending to be her parents. ** Akise's couldn't kill Yuno at that moment because he was afraid that it would hurt Yuki (iirc Yuno says "what will Yuki think?") I think he wanted Yuno to die ''after'' Yuki realized that she betrayed him, so that he would understand Akise is on his side. It's a little stupid, but Akise admits in the same episode that he should have killed her then. His love for Yukiteru just made him dumb.
