Kuwabara's comment while he's flying? "I knew it!" By the way, he guessed correctly.

* "[[UnsettlingGenderReveal Is this your girlfriend, Kazu-san?]]" The manga is funny because Kurama gets all pissy. The anime is funny because he's so nonchalant, even when one of the girls bends over to stare at this chest just to make sure he's not a girl

* From episode 98, as Yusuke prepares to leave for the Demon World. Kuwabara asks Yusuke to try and find Yukina's brother. Both Yusuke and Hiei look at each other nervously, though Yusuke thinks Hiei's just giving him a DeathGlare.

* Koenma's video has pastiches of the Creator/ColumbiaPictures (with Koenma holding the torch) and Creator/{{M|etroGoldwynMayer}}GM (an ogre going "Snarl! Snarl!" logos.

* Botan and [[ThoseTwoGuys those three guys]] conclude that Yusuke and Kuwabara must have been an [[LikeAnOldMarriedCouple old married couple]] in a past life. So... "[[ImagineSpot Who was the husband and who was the wife?]]" Among ''many'' others.

* Kurama has some of the best lines in episode 68. Especially when the group of boys desperately asking him to join their science club.

** During the fight, Kuwabara returns after being sent back to the old stadium and Hiei asks him which is more humiliating: that he lost to an old man or to a clown. Kuwabara doesn't even think twice before saying clown.

* Episode 4 after Keiko got Yusuke's body out of the burning house. When Kuwabara looks inside the blanket to see Yusuke's corpse, the look on his face was priceless.
* Kuwabara and his friends are ordered to not get in any fights and all of them to pass an upcoming test or else be expelled. Whilst the gang is fairly confident they can with some more studying they ask Kuwabara what was his last test score. He nervously admits he scored a seven causing them all to FaceFault
** Yusuke overhearing it is laughing and Botan asks what was his last test score and Yusuke smugly proclaims that his test score was a twelve, leaving Botan to sigh.

* When [[CrotchGrabSexCheck finding out]] the demon Miyuki is [[CreepyCrossdresser actually a transvestite]]... Yusuke's deadpan expression matched with this quote:

** The manga has a chibi 3-part doodle showcasing how Yusuke discovered that Miyuki is a transvestite. The first part shows Yusuke grabbing Miyuki chest and discovering it was padding. The second part shows him grabbing Miyuki between the legs and discovering that "she" was packing [[BiggerIsBetterInBed quite a piece]]. The third bit shows Yusuke PUKING as he runs away from "her".

* After the preliminaries of the last tournament end, a BigBadWannabe goes up to Yusuke and tells him that he's going to defeat him in the second round, Yomi in the third round, win the tournament and take over the Demon World. Is this where Yusuke fights and easily defeats him in the second round? Nope! The demon doesn't even make it past the opponent in the first round, who in turn goes on to lose to Yusuke (presumably fairly easily), [[spoiler:and Yusuke loses to Yomi, albeit barely]], showing just how much of a blowhard his would-be second round opponent is.
