* This gem from around the middle of [[spoiler: Joshua]]'s week: "Har har, you're killing me, [[spoiler: Josh.]] Oh wait..."

* Kariya gets [[spoiler:Beat's pin of Rhyme]] and promises to hand it over if the Players do as he says.

* Neku answering his phone at some point. "Hello. [[spoiler: Dead kid]] speaking."

* You can use the [[spoiler: Rhyme]] pin on [[spoiler: Reaper Beat]]. How's that for VideoGameCrueltyPotential? Impractical, yes, but still funny.

** Funny enough on its own, but when you play Another Day and get the Secret Reports, you find out that this is in fact ''entirely possible'', [[spoiler: because Hanekoma, being an Angel, is able to visit alternate universe versions of himself - who's to say he never had 19 other selves help him out for a bit?]]

* En route through the Shibuya River, [[spoiler:Neku and Beat find Shiki in the Trail of the Bygone. Neku admits that Shiki was his entry fee... and ''everyone'' reacts at the realization that [[ImpliedLoveInterest Shiki is what Neku values most]][[labelnote:*]]Actually, Kitaniji just needed an excuse to justify Shiki not coming back to life with the Composer gone, but nobody realizes that[[/labelnote]].]]

** Hanekoma mentions that someone's causing mischief in Shibuya. Beat asks who Miss Chiff is. [[spoiler:When it's revealed that Coco [[BitchInSheepsClothing is the one responsible]], Beat's realization is "She's Miss Chiff?"]]

** In the midst of an otherwise very serious WhamEpisode on Day 6 of [[spoiler: Beat's week,]] you encounter one Reaper who [[spoiler: escaped the AssimilationPlot because he [[TheSlacker ditched work]] when Kitaniji distributed the Red Skull pins to the other Reapers.]] The best part? [[EntertaininglyWrong He concludes that everyone was just ordered to act weird.]]

* For someone who had recently taken a geometry class, hearing Sho Minamimoto smoothly saying "SOH CAH TOA!" was the funniest. Damn. Thing. Ever.
