* Falling in lava. It's like something out of a Mario game, complete with the hilarious yelling.
** Link's 50ft jump in the air and "hegekeke!" scream [[RumpRoast when he comes into contact with lava.]] It was funny when his Wind Waker counterpart did the same thing, but [[TheComicallySerious there's something about teenage Link]] that makes it even funnier, and a vast improvement over [[NightmareFuel what happens to Twilight Princess Link in that situation]].

* "Ah yes, the oral tradition. One of the least reliable methods of passing down information." Fi is just so hilariously matter-of-fact about how wrong Gaepora has gotten the prophecy.

* "This is Peatrice, a sweet girl whose occupation of storing items provides little intellectual stimulation. You can store items with her at the bazaar. [[MySensorsIndicateYouWantToTapThat Master, your interest in this young woman is clear. I can see your aura shining brightly with joy in her presence.]] [[YourCheatingHeart ...I strongly recommend that you do not mention this when you next encounter Zelda.]]"

* Gorok the Goron states that he has been researching an ancient civilization related to the bird statues, or, more specifically, the "Isle of the Goddess" (Skyloft). Ask him what he knows, and he'll go on that since it was created by the Goddess herself, it ''must'' be a paradise where everyone lives in harmony, the trees are full of fruit that can cure any disease, the fields are full of pumpkins that never rot, magical wildflowers bloom everywhere, and that the weather's always perfect. He says these things to Link who had just come from Skyloft. Better yet, he reacts with amazement once Link approaches the bird statue... which reacts the same way to Link as what any other bird statue would if he were to approach them.

** The dialogue box even reads when you receive it: [[LampshadeHanging "But there's no time to admire it!"]].[[note]] And the PAL version says: "But now's not the time to give it a close examination!"[[/note]]

** Later, he suggests they name the surface world [[spoiler:''[[{{Egopolis}} Grooseland]]''.]] [[LettingTheAirOutOfTheBand Even the music thinks it's stupid.]]

* [[http://occono.tumblr.com/post/15403276187 Link's face when obtaining a Rupoor]]. If you don't want to spoil it, try getting one from shooting the black crystals, or playing expert in the digging up Rupees game, or [[ViolationOfCommonSense dumping Mushroom Spores on a normal Rupee]].

** During his introduction, Link isn't impressed by "Lord" Ghirahim's title, giving a dismissive head waggle before giving an icy DeterminedExpression.

* When first encountering Batreaux, you can pull out your bug net to scare him.

* During the first fight with him, Ghirahim introduces himself saying that he prefers "his full title... LORD Ghirahim. But I'm not fussy." Link just sneers and waggles his head like "[[SarcasmMode whoop-dee doo, aren't you special]]?"

** Even the official strategy guide gets in on this one. "[[SchmuckBait You know what you must do]]".

* When Groose taunts Link about what happened to his Loftwing, you're given the option to taunt him back by saying, "nice hair." His reaction to that is priceless.

** Speaking of Sheikah Stones, try setting off a bomb near one. It randomly flies into the air like a rocket and explodes, then a new one grows out of the ground in its place.

* Groose's [[AnimeHair hair]], which the player [[VideoGameCrueltyPotential can choose to mock]].
** Even [[BigBad Ghirahim]] is [[EvenEvilHasStandards appalled]] by Groose's hair!

* When First Encountering Batreaux, you can pull out your bug net to scrae him.

* After the Bokoblins have relocated from Eldin Volcano, you can visit one of the huts they leave behind and sit on a stool to take a rest. Doing so causes a Mogma to emerge from the ground, exclaiming "Welcome to my place!" He goes on to explain that he ''knows'' it's not his house - the Mogmas all live in underground burrows - and that he just wanted to know what it felt like to say "Welcome to my place!"

* After the [[spoiler:second Moldarach boss fight]] happens while you are searching for Skipper's ship, if you continue to search long enough, Fi will tell you that there is a 0% chance that the ship is there and that you should leave.

** Also kind of funny: in this dialogue tree you can either choose "Zelda?", or instead you can have Link respond with a confused "[[FlatWhat Really?]]"
