* In a bit of BlackComedy. After the Zillo Beast climbs out of the pit, it starts attacking the tanks trying to stun it and destroys several of them. As the beast starts to weaken from the stun lasers, it picks up one more tank, about to fling that one too. Instead of screaming or otherwise reacting in terror, one of the clone troopers inside angrily shouts out, "Whose bright idea was this anyway?!"

* Listen to R2's beeping and movements as he holds off Aurra's crew: when he's about to push the boxes down the elevator, it sounds like he's ''casually whistling'' as he does it, like he's dealing with an annoyance in his way of getting help, instead of, you know, bounty hunters. And when he finds the grenade to toss down, his beeps and movement communicate something like a cheerful "Oh, that'll do. Yoink!". It's the implied utter and complete "Why can't you just leave me alone?" nonchalance that sells it.

This then causes Creator/JamesArnoldTaylor to slip into his Obi-Wan Kenobi voice and jokingly say "You need to spend more time studying in the Jedi temple you two.". What seals it are the comments saying how this would perfectly be in character for the characters.

A clone trooper says "Oh my god" in "Hostage Crisis" (S1 ep 22), so it's not unique to Battle Droids.

** Also, the fact that the battledroids--who, we learn several seasons later, have trouble grasping the concept of ''children''--apparently understand religion enough to use the phrase "oh my God" in context. Uniquely, out of practically every character, species, and "species" in the ''Star Wars'' universe, (or at least in the current canon) it's the frickin' ''battledroids'' who say "Oh my God!"
