* Dan's "performance review" consists of the Chief putting him through the ringer in an attempt to figure out what makes him such an appealing partner for Michael. Which he ultimately fails to figure out. [[spoiler: The entire purpose of Cracked is to keep Michael distracted, so if the Chief could figure out what allows Dan to hold Michael's attention and hire more people like him, it would make everything much easier.]]
