* BodyHorror: Quite literally every kill and assault in the film.
** Art splashes acid on [[spoiler: Brooke’s]] face, causing pulsating blisters to form on her.
** [[spoiler: Allie]] gets [[EyeScream an eye cut in half]], gets scalped, the skin of her back is peeled off, her arm is broken and [[AnArmAndALeg ripped clean off]], her other hand is split down the middle, and the left part of her face is ripped off, exposing her skull. The most horrific part is that she's still barely alive, and Art isn't even finished with her as he decided to keep going after pouring salt and bleach over her open wounds.
** [[spoiler: Brooke's]] boyfriend is [[CripplingCastration emasculated]] and left to bleed out.
** Victoria's face, as per the first film, is horrifically disfigured, and, during a mid-credits scene, [[spoiler: she gives birth to Art's animate, severed head]].

* FlayingAlive: [[spoiler:Art scalps Allie with a pair of scissors then proceeds to flay her back with a scalpal. As if that wasn't enough, he comes back to pour bleach and [[LiteralMetaphor literal salt]] in her wounds.]]

** Jeff in his first scene sneaks up behind Brooke and scares her while wearing a sheet over himself and some black rim glasses, which is a shout-out to ''Film/Halloween1978'', where Michael Myers pulled the same prank (albeit with much worse intentions).

* BoobsOfSteel: Sienna becomes a fierce Action Girl over the course of the film, and her large breasts are accentuated by her {{Stripperiffic}} battle armor costume.

** During the opening credits, we see Sienna putting together her angel costume, contrasting with Art's LockAndLoad montage from [[Film/{{Terrifier}} the previous film]].

* WhipItGood: Art’s crude whip made of hair, string, and scavenged sharp objects returns in this film, used on Jonathan and Sienna, then on Art himself, when Sienna is able to snatch it from him.

* JerkassHasAPoint: Once again, Barbara is pretty unlikeable and has anger issues. But she isn’t necessarily in the wrong for not wanting Jonathan to dress up as Art the clown, a real serial killer, and thinking it’s a bad idea. Her first instinct when Jonathan allegedly vandalizes his school is to take him to a therapist, which is not an unreasonable response given the circumstances.

* ModestyShorts: Sienna's faux-metal skirt rides up multiple time during the climax, revealing her to wearing black shorts underneath. Modesty ''short''-shorts, that is.

** Jeff in his first scene sneaks up behind Brooke and scares her while wearing a sheet over himself and some black rim glasses, which is a shout out to ''Film/Halloween1978'', where Michael Myers pulled the same prank (albeit with much worse intentions).

** Sienna in the beginning is more of a normal everyday girl and even gets terrified by Art when she first sees him in the costume store. By the end of the movie she becomes very heroic and willing to fight and stop Art.

* BlackDudeDiesFirst: [[spoiler: Ricky ,

* CoolSword: Sienna's father gifted her with a real sword before his death (she even jokes she would get arrested if she went outside with it). While it looks unimpressive, it's implied to be supernatural in nature, as it's extremely shard, immune to fire and [[spoiler:apparently revives Sienna during the film's climax]].

* BareYourMidriff: Sienna's Valkyrie Halloween costume leaves her midriff bare, as expected from a ChainmailBikini.

* ChainmailBikini: Sienna's armored angel/valkyrie exposes [[BareYourMidriff her midriff]] and cleavage. [[JustifiedTrope Justified]], since it is in fact a homemade Halloween costume meant to pay tribute to her dead father's art rather than serve as any sort of real armor.
