Azusa, Yui, and the others are all believable in their adult form. Tori, the OC, has some "Mary Sue" elements at the beginning, but these quickly become irrelevant as the story progresses. Jun is hysterical as the pervy, aggressive lesbian who falls for Tori. The love scenes (M-rated for a reason!) are erotic, yet fit seamlessly into the narrative and aren't present merely to titillate.
