* ADateWithRosiePalms: Subverted with Izuku, as Total Command has subconsciously prevented him from building up sexual arousal. Nana and him have a brief moment where they ponder over this when she looks back into his memories to find he has never masturbated in his life.

** The one girl in Class 1-A Izuku dislikes is Minerva, who is as perverted as her canon counterpart, only aimed exclusively at him.

* ChekhovsSkill: Izuku learning robotics and engineering from Mei, which allows him to tear through the robots in the entrance exam and sports festival.

* CurbStompBattle: The Noumu only needs one hit to destroy Izuku's left gauntlet and break his neck.

* DeathGlare: Minerva tends to get the bad end of this from the girls whenever she says something lewd about Izuku, usually followed by a DopeSlap. Should she do it ''about'' the girls, she will draw them from Izuku - and that's when she becomes terrified.

* DidISayThatOutLoud: Izuku has a tendency to mutter aloud things he is thinking.
** This is how Class 1-A finds out that Izuku was hiding his brain damage. He mumbles it to himself after his match with Shinsou - in front of everybody in the stands.

* DistractedByTheSexy: Izuku's reveal of his hero costume, a skin-tight wet suit with gauntlets, boots and a helmet, causes his whole class to turn and stare at him.

** His reveal of his Quirk causes this for almost an entire stadium of people.

* HeartIsAnAwesomePower: One of the abilities that Izuku's Total Command gives him is total mastery of his body's hormonal processes. While it does not sound all that impressive, two days of unconscious use of it caused him to hit a growth spurt and experience muscular strengthening faster than supplements, steroids and training. It gives him a HealingFactor and reinforces his bones, making him more durable than most and allows him to continuously train without it causing muscular atrophy. By the time he receives One For All, his bones are strong enough to withstand a steamroller, he is able to use his inherited SuperStrength without destroying himself and he is even able to sense the internal workings of the 0-pointer just by touching it.
** He can also pick up skills like cooking or playing an instrument more efficiently, and manually place himself in a flow state.

* JackOfAllTrades: Total Command allows Izuku to become very quickly proficient at many skills, like cooking, mechanics and playing a musical instrument. This also applies to combat skills, he eventually just learns to dodge without consciously trying to.

* LoveableSexManiac: Nana is seemingly constantly horny, admits to peeking when Izuku changes clothes or bathes and often tries to entice Izuku to relieve himself (and herself in the process). She even briefly tries to get Izuku to sleep with [[AbhorrentAdmirer Endeavor]]. Whether this is how she was when she was alive or a side effect of being an One-for-All "ghost" inhabiting a teenager's body is unknown.

* MakingLoveInAllTheWrongPlaces: Izuku and Ochako in his hospital bed. Twice.

* NoodleIncident: Whatever happened during Mt. Lady's first Sports Festival, it is clearly a really distressing memory.

* OhCrap: Shinsou's reaction when her MindControl Quirk doesn't work on Izuku - as he begins to walk towards her with UnstoppableRage.

* TheTease: Nana's main schtick is flustering Izuku when they're not in a life or death situation.

* DarwinistDesire: Endeavor. Her obsession with power means she lusts after Izuku and desires to have his child, even if only through sperm donation. Her offer of an internship is explicitly so she can try to seduce him, and cuts to her perspective all consist of her fuming about how he rejected her internship and trying to find him and assuring herself he would want her sexually. She also begins to outright disregard Shoko as a successor, as she wants a new one fathered by the only quirked man in the world.

** His reveal of his quirk causes this for almost an entire stadium of people.

* GenderRestrictedAbility: In this universe, only women manifest quirks, the genetic cause of quirks manifesting believed to be due to the existence of a secondary X-chromosome. The only exception to this so far is Izuku and All for One's brother, though the summary implies more men will manifest Quirks in the future.

** This applies to his physical abilities without One for All as well: he's strong, but not as strong as somebody with a strength quirk, he's fast, but not as fast as someone with a speed quirk, he's tough, but not as durable as somebody with a hardening quirk, and so on. He's able to combine all of these to make a very dangerous package.
* LadyLand: It is established that like in-canon, 80% of the population possess quirks, but here only women have quirks, meaning that the female population is ''way above'' the usual 50-50 ratio in RealLife. The idea of a male pro-hero is completely unheard of, and there is legislation dictating that a lot of low-paying jobs are allowed to dismiss applications of employment if they do not possess a quirk, [[MenAreTheExpendableGender an obviously veiled form of legislation that targets men]]. Whether this counts as PersecutionFlip against men or FantasticRacism against {{Muggles}} is a matter of perspective.

** [[spoiler: Izuku, or rather Nana manipulating his quirk, can reset his biochemistry to not adapt when he has sex, allowing each time to feel like the first. He can also use it to avert getting his girlfriends pregnant while having sex.]]

** With such a lopsided ratio in population favoring women, "traditional" marriages are becoming the exception instead of the norm - only Momo from Class 1-A has been mentioned as having a father. Most women having children do so through artificial insemination.
** Izuku's quirk improves his body's durability and growth exponentially, but it also burns through his metabolism so much that [[BigEater he eats like he was Goku]]. It gets so bad that groceries alone put a major dent in his mother's finances, leading to Izuku getting a job as a handyman at [=UA=] to pay for the bills.

** Izuku's reveal at the Sports Festival involves him flexing his way out of a glacier and giving off green lightning. This display of a quirk by a man on public television makes him instantly famous. Furthermore, some think he is a transsexual woman, as quirks have belonged solely to women for centuries and it is thought impossible for a man to have one, and others come to conclusions such as nanobots inside him to genetic experimentation by Nozomi.
** Endeavor instantly decides to try and have Izuku's child. Her extreme desire to sire a hero to surpass All Might led her to seek out Rei to have children with powerful quirks. When a genetic man shows up with a physique and a quirk that surpass her masterpiece, she instantly decides to try again with his DNA.

* WorldsStrongestMan: Izuku, both in the sense of being One for All's latest user and literally as the first man with a quirk.

** Then turned on the villains when Izuku comes BackFromTheDead and rallies his classmates. The final result is 60 captured villains, a dead Noumu and only two escapees (Shigaraki and Kurogiri) with the only seriously injured hero being Izuku.
