Its proofreader {{Creator/Voltalia}}, who by contrast was a somewhat-dedicated fan of the original source, then took over and wrote the other eleven chapters.

* AbortedArc: There was a subplot concerning the inmates trying to survive in the Earth's Core maze early on in the fanfic. In fact, had Cooljoe64 not abandoned the fanfic after only completing the first four chapters, he probably would've expanded upon it and kept it going. Instead, Voltalia had the inmates go through the maze with little transition and exit, only to find there's nothing waiting for them. And then they're never mentioned again.
