Something of a BigLippedAlligatorMoment in Volume One Year Three, showing up as a brief plot point towards the end of Shadows of Evil where Teddy's sexual insecurities were used by Nightmare to render him helpless, it was only briefly mentioned in Teddy's later Volume One appearances, including a brief mention of his boyfriend Bryce in the Champions Saga. Gets a little bit greater mention when Simon Kaden mentions the fact in Next Generation Year Two, and plays a pivotal kick-off point for the start of Year Three when it's revealed that Bryce is the prince of the Vorlock (based on Maskman villains). Also has shades of BadassGay, since Teddy has filled the shoes of several Ranger roles.

* WellIntentionedExtremist: What Billy has become. It’s been getting worse ever since he left Earth during Zeo, but it’s coming to a head in Next Generation when he starts making Ranger teams just to do it.
