However, two Japanese girls have transferred to South Park Elementary in order to get the vaccine for the earthquake victims from Dr. Mephesto, who injects them with cat and rabbit DNA, which gives them superpowers. After saving Stan and Kyle from jumping off of a bridge due to a suicide pact, the girls become their new friends.
