Continuing from season 14's The Coon Trilogy, the boys are 10 years old and have entered the 5th grade, where Mr. Garrison is still teaching them. However, two Japanese girls have transferred to South Park Elementary in order to get the vaccine for the earthquake victims from Dr. Mephesto, who injects them with cat and rabbit DNA, which gives them superpowers. After saving Stan and Kyle from jumping off of a bridge due to a suicide pact, the girls become their new friends.
A short time later, Kenny can no longer handle the idea of his friends forgetting that he died, so he summons Cthulhu to give powers to Stan, Kyle, Cartman, Wendy, and Butters.
The fanfic was made by Cabbit Girl Emi. However, the story has long since been deleted from Fanfiction.Net.
This fanfic provides examples of:
- Anime Hair: Masako has black hair with blonde streaks shaped like lightning bolts.
- Animesque
- Ascended Extra: Kenny, Wendy, and Butters are given bigger roles. Craig and especially the Goth Kids get big roles to, both of them antagonistic.
- Barrier Warrior: Nekagi
- Beware the Nice Ones: Try to hurt Kyle, and Nekagi will beat you to a pulp so hard that it won't be funny.
- Bittersweet Ending: The bitter part: Kenny finds out that he's cursed because he wasn't supposed to die until he turns 100. The sweet part: Kenny wishes to have better luck for life so he'll die less often, defeats Cthulhu with his friends' help, they get rewarded with medals despite the town getting their minds wiped.
- Borrowed Catchphrase: A variation of They Killed Kenny Again was used by Masako and Nekagi before they discover that they knew Kenny died after he tells Masako to kill her, which she does:Masako: Oh my God, I killed Kenny!Nekagi: You bitch! ... wow, where did that come from? I'm so sorry, Masako-chan.Masako: No hard feelings, Nekagi-chan.
- Butt-Monkey: Not as bad as the treatments that Kenny and Butters get in-canon, but Nekagi qualifies as this the moment she got injected with cat and rabbit DNA.
- Calling the Old Man Out: In the final chapter, Stan, Kyle, and Butters attack their parents (and Shelley), who are under Cthulhu's influence, for all the crap they caused them. It took Ike turning back to normal and stopping Kyle for him, Stan, and Butters to cease their attacks.
- Chuck Cunningham Syndrome: Masako and Nekagi's friends and families back in Japan appeared only at least once.
- Continuity Nod
- Cute Bruiser: Masako and Nekagi may look cute, but they're much, MUCH stronger than they look.
- Disney Death: Kyle in chapter 7.

- Expy: Nekagi's adopted kid sister Kamiko is this to Kyle's brother Ike.

- Jerk with a Heart of Gold: Masako.
- Kemonomimi: The girls sport bunny ears and cat tails. Back in Tokyo, some people think they're cosplaying.
- Lighter and Softer: The swearing is toned down, there's no explicit sexual moments, and the violence and gore are toned down to avoid an M rating.

- Meganekko: Nekagi just looks so cute in her green-framed coke bottle glasses.
- Mentor Archetype: Mysterion.

- Precocious Crush: Cartman has one on Shelley, which is a possible nod to them getting along in "Cat Orgy".
- Put on a Bus: Both Captain Hindsight and Mintberry Crunch are out saving other worlds.
- The Bus Came Back: Mintberry Crunch comes back in the 14th chapter to try and take down Cthulhu one more time. Unfortunately, it doesn't work because Cthulhu is too powerful.
