A 16-years old (15 in his debut) boy who was born in Verdanturf Town, Hoenn, before moving to Motostoke, and raised by his mother, aunt, and sister, due to his father being [[WhenYouComingHomeDad extremely absent]]. He started his journey with the intent of bringing a bit of his [[ThePollyanna hope]] and [[{{Keet}} joy]] to the others, choosing a Scorbunny he dubbed Rox for this end. His emotions grew shaky thanks to the people he met, but ultimately he developed into an AntiNihilist.
* TheAntiNihilist: After CharacterDevelopment. Now he understands some people suck and will never change their evil ways that soon, but still believes (when not on his bad days) the world is not that bad of a place, and that he can bring lanterns of hope for the few he can touch the hearts of.
* BewareTheNiceOnes: One of the nicest characters in the roleplay, with a team ruled by RuleOfCute to match. Doesn't mean him ''OR'' his team are easy to deal with once they're mad.
* {{Keet}}: A perfect embodiment of this trope.
* LargeHam: Especially when he's entertaining.
* ThePowerOfFriendship: He firmly believes in the strength of friendships no matter what most tell him.
* RedBaron: His Challenger title is [[HopeBringer The Shining Hope]].
* WideEyedIdealist: Downplayed. When he started his journey, he was eternally optimistic over the possibility of transforming the nearby {{Jerkass}} bad boy into a friend. While he did gain the friendship of some of the originally-mean characters, he was the target of the evil character's bullying. After a while, he chose to become TheAntiNihilist.
