Loads And Loads Of Characters is no longer a trope

Originally inspired by RPGMechanicsVerse webcomic ''Webcomic/RPGWorld'', the plot focused on a [[SubvertedTrope group of unlikely villains attempting to overthrow a benevolent empire]]. However, as the plot evolved, the parody aspect fell by the wayside in favour of deconstruction, the heroic Foils created for the villains grew in importance, and LoadsAndLoadsOfCharacters came into play. Eventually, it became an epic, Final Fantasy-esque story with a much darker tone, though it still keeps some of the more over the top humourous aspects. Notable in that, unlike many other comics set in CRPG style worlds, much of the little remaining mockery of [=C[=RPGs=]=] is handled not by having characters point out how stupid they are, but by having them actually be treated like laws of physics. This combined with a Text copy of This Very Wiki could very well be an actual textbook. Among those explicitly stated to be physical laws are RuleOfCool and RuleOfFunny.

Title is a placeholder until Author-Man thinks of something better and, no, it's not [[KingArthur Arthurian]] in any way.

* Maxi Yakami is an AxeCrazy PsychoForHire CatGirl. She is half Pantheran (read; [[UsefulNotes/FurryFandom Anthro Cats]]), and half Alexandrian (Human). Alexandria and Panthera have been fighting eachother pretty much non stop for thousands of years. She's not very popular, hence why she tends to kill things a lot. She is also very good at stealing shit. One of two potential candidates for [[TheDragon Dragonhood]], and ostensibly the main character, she was loosely inspired by Cherry of ''RPGWorld'', and in the original was a DeadpanSnarker with kleptomania and a tendency to complain about the bad writing. However, that fell by the wayside in favour of a dark, twisted nutjob with a depressing past. Is a [[PsychoLesbian lesbian]]. Has been known to eat her shoulder angels.

* Alphonse Torrell is [[AffablyEvil not actually evil]]. He was just in the wrong place at the wrong time and ended up accidentally kidnapping the princess of Alexandria, [[RefusalOfTheCall despite numerous protests on his part]]. He is an imp/goblin/generic low level enemy who happens to be a formidable foe due to the fact that the universe of Avalon has some rather strict physical laws regarding villainhood, no matter how reluctant the villain.

* Aya Izumo is a pirate, and is also blind (specifically, one eye is [[EyepatchOfPower missing]], and the other never worked to begin with). Despite this, she still manages to be enough of a badass to warrant being the second BigBad after [[{{Tragedy}} Ralph's inevitable death]]. She is cold and violent, and despite being blind somehow [[{{Daredevil}} still manages to kick everyone's ass]]. Her motivations are very vague, but probably have something to do with the fact that she's constantly trying to [[SuicideByCop goad one of the heroes into killing her]]. However, she is still blind, and while this for the most part stays out of the way because [[RuleOfCool a blind person kicking ass is always cool]], it tends to get in the way at the most inconvenient possible times [[RuleOfFunny for the sake of comedy]]. Her appearance was originally inspired by Farris from FFV.

Hannibal Lecture is not \'villainous speech\' or general breaking speech. it is only used by captives

* Bob is just Bob. No last name, no first name. Originally a parody of Kuja, Bob is a misogynistic jerk with nigh omnipotent skill at using Black Magic. He is also [[OlderThanTheyLook older than he looks]]. Much older. Not much is known about his past, and he isn't telling. Half of what he ''does'' tell is probably a lie; Bob is a MagnificentBastard of epic proportions; as he would say, why bother killing your enemies with boring flashy magic that anyone can do when you can [[HannibalLecture talk them into doing it for you]]. He is also androgynous to the point of being mistaken for a girl by most people. Which pisses him off endlessly. He is the other potential [[TheDragon Dragon]] of the group. He is also technically a PsychoForHire.

the Namespace stuff fix!+

*Lord Raphael Drako. Call him Ralph. He hates it. Originally inspired by Garland himself, with a hint of Golbez thrown in, He is the BigBad, at least at first. He's a Dark Knight, which means he is capable of using some small amount of Black Magic (which we'll get to later, mkay?). He is also 8'10" tall, completely bald (no hair at all, not even stubble, though he does have five o'clock shadow), he also has red eyes that glow on occasion (because it [[RuleOfCool looks cool]]), and is roughly 85 years old, in a deliberate homage to [[{{Discworld}} Cohen the Barbarian]]. [[{{BFS}} He also wields a 7 foot sword that weighs approximately one tonne]]. He is a widely known military hero from the country of Alexandria (name ripped off from FFIX), and is essentially the Avalonian equivalent of Chuck Norris. Only he can back it up with actual unbeatableness. He's a Beatrix; instead of dying, he makes you die. He is a mostly mellow dude, despite the whole wanting to take over the world thing, although he really has his hands full trying to keep his minions from killing everything that moves without ruining employee relations. the poor, poor man.
