Now, supposedly trapped in the limitless confines of space, all the former Ultimates know exactly what they need to do: either adapt to their new life, or kill like so many others before them have to attempt to escape. Or will they choose to stay and adapt, knowing it’s only a matter of time before the first motive, and by extension [[DeadlyGame the killing game]], kicks off?

Anda Serizawa is a Japanese motivator and author of best selling Alienation in the Big World. She is widely renowned for her work in motivation and inspiring people around the world. She is particularly infamous for her work in hospitals and encouragement to sickly children. Since starting, the death rate in her hometown of Sagamihara has decreased by 2.6%. After graduating from Hope’s Peak Academy, Anda went bigger and better in her speeches and goals. Even during the tragedy, she worked even harder to fight against despair, trying to help cultivate the new, hopeful future.
Anda is alive as of chapter 3. However, she was targeted during the first murder.

After her graduation, she surely had many ideas for future projects, but they were never fulfilled ever since the Tragedy.

Whether she is a friendly face welcoming people at Hiiragiville’s entrance, performing as a character actor, working behind the scenes, or opening Hiiragiville as a safe haven for victims of the Tragedy, Momoka is widely known as a diligent, polite, kind woman who loves to put smiles on peoples’ faces.
Momoka is the second killer of chapter 2, and executed for killing Daichi.

Yumena is alive as of chapter 3. She was revealed to be the traitor, approached by the mastermind beforehand and worked underneath him.

Memoirs from a Grieving Child aimed to be both an analysis on his own life, and the life of crime his father led - a prodigal piece from a sixteen year old. Having published eight more pieces since then analyzing criminal mindsets (alongside two directed documentaries), he certainly has earned his title, but he retired long before the Tragedy hit.
Hideki is the killer of chapter 3, bludgeoning Kotaro with a skeeball, while being interrogated by him.

Most recently, he has taken up a teaching position at Tohoku University, as a professor of Egyptian art and archeology.
Kotaro is the chapter 3 victim, after kidnapping Hideki, his plan somehow went awry when he was killed via a skeeball. He was also the mastermind of the game, kidnapping everybody and placing them upon the Elysian Ruby. However, the game continued even with his absense.

Daichi Wada is dead set on an acting career, and has several commercial advertisements, K-drama pilots, and even an independent feature film under his belt. With a complete disregard to his previous talent, Daichi seems to be shooting for a different kind of stardom, even if a certain apocalypse tries to get in his way.
Daichi is the second victim of chapter 2, found dead in the pool. However, he also was the first killer of the chapter, responsible for Wylie Lovell’s murder.

He first rose to regional notability at age 15, when he single handedly funded and opened his own orthodontic clinic. With high approval, the only complaints that had been recorded were of Dr. Shimizu’s odd demeanor and request that his patients donate a tooth before applying for his services. Regardless, his advancements in the field of dentistry have perhaps changed the entire industry. He continued to study his field with increasing progress, but disappeared during the onset of the tragedy.
Naozumi is alive as of chapter 3, though he was responsible for messing with the body in chapter 2.

The hallways of his own school were so terribly tacky that Gryff began leaving anonymous notes around the school, giving the administration practical advice for how to improve. He started doing this around other schools, and soon enough, his school district got crowned “The Most Stylish School District in The World”. Since graduation, he’s become more obscure on the interior design scene, but that doesn’t change that getting to see the Elysian Ruby, in all its manmade glory, is a dream come true for Gryff.
Gryff is the chapter 1 victim, investigating mysterious happenings with Anda at night before being found dead in the infirmary.

After attending Hope’s Peak, Connor settled down and lived a quiet life with his former wife and kids. He hasn’t bowled since Hope’s Peak, nor has he accomplished anything quite spectacular - unless you consider a messy divorce that.

The resulting movie dazzled audiences everywhere and left the public desperate for another work. It was only until after the Tragedy that they released their next book: A Shallow Hope. Combining action and horror, it managed to give an odd sense of comfort to survivors of such an event.

Dr. Hideki Kishida has been in the business for quite a long time. Thrust into the world of criminals when his dad was arrested for embezzlement, his claim to fame came in an autobiography. Memoirs from a Grieving Child aimed to be both an analysis on his own life, and the life of crime his father led - a prodigal piece from a sixteen year old. Having published eight more pieces since then analyzing criminal mindsets (alongside two directed documentaries), he certainly has earned his title, but he retired long before the Tragedy hit.
Hideki is the killer of chapter 3, bludgeoning Kotaro with a skeeball, while being interrogated by him.

A graduate of Hope’s Peak’s 68th class, Kotaro Daigo has since made a name for himself as one of the world’s foremost scholars, with expertise in many different civilizations and archeological eras. Kotaro has led expeditions in the field across five different continents, is a frequent speaker at archeological seminars and scientific conventions, and has been responsible for the discovery and reclamation of previously lost artifacts that are now on display in museums the world over. Most recently, he has taken up a teaching position at Tohoku University, as a professor of Egyptian art and archeology.
Kotaro is the chapter 3 victim, after kidnapping Hideki, his plan somehow went awry when he was killed via a skeeball. He was also the mastermind of the game, kidnapping everybody and placing them upon the Elysian Ruby. However, the game continued even with his absense.

Daichi Wada, initially known for self-published astronomy papers and a few successful research projects during his time at Hope’s Peak, has thrown himself in a completely different direction upon graduation. Daichi Wada is dead set on an acting career, and has several commercial advertisements, K-drama pilots, and even an independent feature film under his belt. With a complete disregard to his previous talent, Daichi seems to be shooting for a different kind of stardom, even if a certain apocalypse tries to get in his way.
Daichi is the second victim of chapter 2, found dead in the pool. However, he also was the first killer of the chapter, responsible for Wylie Lovell’s murder.

Naozumi Shimizu is most widely known for his impeccable dentistry skills and affordable, if not strange, prices. He first rose to regional notability at age 15, when he single handedly funded and opened his own orthodontic clinic. With high approval, the only complaints that had been recorded were of Dr. Shimizu’s odd demeanor and request that his patients donate a tooth before applying for his services. Regardless, his advancements in the field of dentistry have perhaps changed the entire industry. He continued to study his field with increasing progress, but disappeared during the onset of the tragedy.
Naozumi is alive as of chapter 3, though he was responsible for messing with the body in chapter 2.

Although many folks have heard of Gryff’s interior design prowess, the true extent of his talent eluded him until he got to high school. The hallways of his own school were so terribly tacky that Gryff began leaving anonymous notes around the school, giving the administration practical advice for how to improve. He started doing this around other schools, and soon enough, his school district got crowned “The Most Stylish School District in The World”. Since graduation, he’s become more obscure on the interior design scene, but that doesn’t change that getting to see the Elysian Ruby, in all its manmade glory, is a dream come true for Gryff.
Gryff is the chapter 1 victim, investigating mysterious happenings with Anda at night before being found dead in the infirmary.

After attending Hope’s Peak, Connor settled down and lived a quiet life with his former wife and kids. He hasn’t bowled since Hope’s Peak, nor has he accomplished anything quite spectacular - unless you consider a messy divorce that.

For the past several years, they’ve single handedly been responsible for the protection and restoration of over 800 species in the Coral Sea, endangered as a result of the Tragedy. When it comes to caring for sea creatures, Fletcher is a natural.
Fletcher is the killer of chapter 1, having set up the trap that killed Gryff while under the influence of the motive.

The mysterious S.B. first came into the light when they, at the age of 15, wrote a best-selling horror novel that went flying off the shelves. Summer’s Diary subverted the usual tropes of a diary-themed horror novel and had readers clamoring for more works. S.B. accepted a movie deal shortly after arriving at HPA. The resulting movie dazzled audiences everywhere and left the public desperate for another work. It was only until after the Tragedy that they released their next book: A Shallow Hope. Combining action and horror, it managed to give an odd sense of comfort to survivors of such an event.
S.B. is alive as of chapter 3.

Ironically, this is juxtaposed by their own disposition: they’re faceless, nameless, ageless, and no one knows where exactly they’ve come from or where they intend on going. Regardless of all this, the message they preach is clear.

Since then, he’s been up to quite a fair bit: ranging from participating in numerous killing games, to meddling in dangerous schemes way bigger than he will ever be.
